Move more. Stretch better. Simple resistance training, right at home. ➤

Why they always using people who are in perfect shape ?

Easy to say. She is already in shape. No offense. So much out there selling and sending so forth and so on. I'd take one though.

What’s with the shovel???? 😜

Eat less instead of more… exercise only is not enough 🤓 and use real weight , not a stretchband

Mine came yesterday. I was skeptical because it's a Chinese product, and I wouldn't have purchased at all if I realized it takes manufacturing jobs from us, but I digress. It's a decent pedal resistance band. No inserts or suggested workout, so you have to either know how to use a pedal resistance band in the first place or look up different combinations on your own.

All of This is rong

AGE WORKS. EXERCISE ALL U WANT

It’s a very cheap band with a connector in the tube that will eventually break. I bought one:). Walmart has them for less than 3 bucks during their deal days.
