The Ka'aba was not built but rebuilt by Abraham and Ishmael. The Ka'aba was first built by Adam. The base of Masjid Aqsa could have been built by Adam 40 years later and disappear later. Perhaps there is no scientific base to prove it, but there also isn't one that it's false. Also 40 years can have a metaphorical or symbolic meaning. Days have different duration in the Quran for example. Kissing a stone out of tradition is not idol worship, just as kissing loved ones is not idol worship. There is basically no proven accusation in this whole video. That says more about the strength of Islam than it's weakness.
