Took 2 months off of the gym and as you can see it doesn’t look like it at all. That is because how you look is MAJORLY impacted by what you eat. In the 2 months off, I tracked my meals everyday and made sure to stay active by taking over 12,000 steps per day. I did feel noticeably smaller but I wasn’t concerned because my body is known to bounce back pretty damn fast when I lock in. And that takes us to, ‘Chapter 2026. The Lock In.’ This year in my off season I plan to pack on an OD amount of size. I say size instead of muscle because in putting on size, I’m guaranteed to pack on body fat as well. Not as much as I would if I ate whatever I wanted and claimed I was “dirty bulking.” I spent way too much time getting lean last year to lose it all recklessly. How I’m going to do it is simple and straight forward. 1. Track my macros. 2. Prioritize protein and increase calories gradually by increasing my carb intake and keeping fat at a moderate level. 3. Training on a 5 day split. 4. Keeping light cardio a part of my routine. 5. Focusing on my recovery. That’s it. There’s no secret sauce or formula. It’s simply doing what you’re supposed to do consistently and making it a non negotiable habit. Once you start to see progress it becomes addicting and you begin to love the process. If you wait until you “get there” you’re going to miss out on the real fun and journey. I’m going to be documenting the entire year with the core of the content I produce and release be to educate you guys on what I am doing in fun creative ways. I don’t want this to be a year of, “watch me do it.” I’d rather it be a, “here, do it with me.” Which is why all my workout plans and meal guides are available for download on my website. Simply pick a program that fits your goals, download, follow along and repeat. And if you want to take it a step further and personally get trained by me 1-on-1, bet on yourself and Apply for coaching while on the site. You know you’re going to upgrade to a new phone this year. Might as well get a REAL upgrade and upgrade your body and mind. You deserve it. ⚔️

Warren Buffet(‘s behavior) is screaming to me of imminent 🇯🇵BOJ yield hike Grab a tin foil hat & hear me out Buffet is/was in Tokyo on Mon & Tues, if not earlier. Why? According to WB- to meet CEOs of the big 5 🇯🇵trading houses he owns: Mitsubishi Corp Sumitomo Corp Mitsui &Co Itochu Marubeni (🇯🇵trading houses are very strange & complex mega-conglomerates, each w/ ~1,000 subsidiaries spanning a wide array of sectors from convenience stores to industrials, but by & large are commodities plays- shares move ↑&↓ accordingly w/ commods). Why the need for WB to meet 🇯🇵trading house CEOs in person? Apparently, to say “keep up the good work fellas” & to reiterate longstanding “my door is always open to do deals” & then interviews w/ Nikkei & CNBC to disclose that he upped his stake to 7.5% of each company Cool. Now- isn’t it a bit curious for this 90+ yr old billionaire to jump on a plane from Omaha → complete other side of the planet for.. that? Here’s why that’s weird Aug 2020, Berkshire disclosed 5% holdings in each of these trading houses. He funded these investments by issuing bonds in super low JPY rates at ~1% (basically free, especially when considering div yields at >2%) In other words- in late 2020, WB made a phenomenal macro trade: Short bonds / long commodities Before yields & commods skyrocketed Great trade, but a very un-Buffet-like investment style. This isn’t the bottom up fundamental analysis & single stock picking he’s famous for - as mentioned, it’s basically impossible to conduct bottom up analysis on 🇯🇵trading house conglomerates w/ thousands of subsidiaries. Going equal weight 5% across each of the 5 for broad sector exposure is admission of not being able to do genuine fundamental homework. But whatever- great trade, period That’s not the weird part What’s weird is (again), this trip to Tokyo to meet CEOs - & this is all spelled out in his own words in the clip below. Buffet hasn’t physically been to Japan for like a decade & a half. That means: No face to face meet when first acquiring initial 5% stakes - he stealthily executed those buys on the Tokyo stock exchange before disclosing. He says that at the time, he wrote letters to each of them saying he gives his word that his holdings won’t exceed 10%. A gentleman’s promise via written letters indeed signal trust in keeping his word - but a face to face meet would go a long way further. Yet, no plane ride →🇯🇵then either & since going long, shares in all 5 have only gone up- exceeding expectations as he says. So it’s not like there are problems to have to settle (like Wells Fargo) or rescuing to do (like Goldman). So, again- why in the hell did a 90+ year old, extremely satisfied shareholder “for decades more” feel the need to break a 15 year no-🇯🇵-visit streak & fly to Tokyo to meet in person, let alone with absolutely nothing of significance to do/say? Aren’t there like.. banking problems at home that he’s helping advise the US gov on? Why 🇯🇵, NOW? Well - it just so happens that this Mon was also when a brand new BOJ Governor began his tenure, after a decade of free Kuroda money that helped finance these 🇯🇵 investments, w/ some bonds maturing. WB (also in this CNBC clip) says he will once again issue debt to fund his increased investments. Could it be that the real reason for taking a full lap around the planet was to perhaps “check in” w/ the new BOJ & see if JPY borrow costs are about to jump higher? This is a guy who can get the Fed chair & Treasury Sec on the line at any time. He can very much also get access to rookie Ueda at BOJ He says he wouldn’t start buying these trading houses at current valuations- so then why averaging up? He isn’t concerned w/ share prices- he’s locking in world’s last source of cheap funding left- before rates lift Watch the clip & read the Nikkei transcript through this lens (& what does BOJ Ueda get out of this? See clip @ 4:50) Buffet sees JPY rates↑ & soon & he’s a guy who does his homework

What if the best performance hack isn’t a supplement… it’s literally deleting sugar? In the Diary of a CEO episode, Dr. Annette Bosworth (Dr. Boz) dropped absolute gold on Steven Bartlett that’s going to make a lot of people rethink everything about carbs. She’s had thousands of patients living in deep ketosis for YEARS with zero downsides. The second they eat carbs again? → Joints ache in 1–2 weeks → Brain fog returns like clockwork → Mood crashes → Vision even gets blurry Her words: “It’s like giving your brain a minor concussion when sugar comes back.” But the athletic part is where it gets insane: Military studies showed soldiers fully keto-adapted for 18 months had almost 50% MORE power than their carb-eating counterparts. At 6 months they were already 20% stronger — while weighing less. Why? Muscle learns to burn fat (an endless, cleaner fuel) instead of glucose. Inflammation plummets, so recovery after heavy deadlifts or any brutal session is dramatically faster — especially once you hit your 30s and 40s. One catch: the first 4–8 weeks of adaptation can feel rough for high-intensity stuff. Start keto 3 weeks before a marathon and you’ll hate life. Give it 6–18 months? You’ll never look back. 4:03 clip attached — watch Dr. Boz explain it perfectly. If you lift, play sport, or just want your brain firing on all cylinders into your 40s, 50s and beyond… is this the cheat code we’ve all been sleeping on?

Brock Purdy is now the only remaining player from the 49ers' 2022 draft class. SF released Nick Zakelj to make room for center Doug Kramer Jr. before practice. Some highlights... 🏈Purdy's explosive camp continues. Deep 70-yard TDs to both De'Zhaun Stribling and Demarcus Robinson 🏈George Kittle looks to be truly ramping it up. Was moving and cutting well in what looked to be some aggressive rehab work 🏈Mike Evans and Christian Kirk both look like they might be close to returning. Shanahan essentially said Evans' absence is precautionary 🏈Brett Toth (concussion) was on an exercise bike. Might he be a dark horse to grab the LG spot? It's Robert Jones - Connor Colby there right now, but Klay Kubiak said it's "still an open competition" and, with Kramer added, the 49ers now have more center depth 🏈Safety Marques Sigle says he's gained 8-10 pounds of muscle since last season. Thinks it'll allow him to be more physical while keeping his 4.37 speed. Robinson did beat Sigle, though, on the second long Purdy TD toss 🏈Rookie Carver Willis cleared concussion protocol and was back at practice. He's getting work at both guard spots and center 🏈Big hit from Fred Warner on WR Junior Bergen — but to Bergen's credit, he held onto the football. He's been tough all camp 🏈Deebo Samuel worked a bit in the RB room today. Shifted back to the WRs to close position group drills. Caught a nice seam shot in stride and dropped an out while working against Dre Greenlaw 🏈Sigle on Greenlaw: "His energy never left. He stayed in this room even though he wasn’t here.” 🏈Looked like officials called PI against rookie CB Ephesians Prysock on a deep out from Mac Jones to Demarcus Robinson. Prysock was flagged a few times at UW last year; definitely a clean-up spot 🏈Romello Height has a tendency to jump offside in 1-on-1s. Clearly trying to buy an advantage for his lighter frame, but it'll be a mandatory part of his game to iron out 🏈Best 1-on-1 recovery rep from rookie OT Enrique Cruz Jr. so far. Ogbo Okoronkwo beat him off the snap but Cruz did well to readjust. Raw prospect, but some progress is evident 🏈Colby had really struggled in 1-on-1s as of late, but worth noting that he had a solid win today vs DT CJ West. Sweet rep ft. a spin move from Sam Okuayinonu vs Colton McKivitz, too — Colton later shut down Height 🏈CMC's absence Monday was essentially precautionary, per Kubiak. Joint practice against Saleh and the Titans tomorrow — we'll see if McCaffrey is back out there

[ condition update ] 🐻‍❄ In short of what happen with me is an inflammation on heart muscle from a virus infection which still cant be identified yet. The symptoms I experience are painful breathing, heart racing, tight chest, difficulty breathing, kinda thing. I’m told not to overwork my heart because it could make the inflammation gets worse. That’s basically in short. As for the details, it was 4-5 days ago, I started feeling uncomfortable in my chest, it felt tight and I had trouble breathing as well. Anytime I did something, like exercising or walking on a treadmill, my body felt hurt, and my heart rate went up way higher than usual. It’s normally around 100, but it went to 150 even when I was just doing little activity. It felt off, so I thought I might have caught some kind of infection. The other day I made a doctor appointment in the hospital as I got some free time. I was told to go to internal medicine doctor and was asked about what I’ve been experiencing. I had fever, waking up found tightness in chest at one night, a nausea, but nothing came out. I just felt like about to vomiting but nothing came out at all, so I thought it was unusual. At that time, my face went all pale and lips went all purple already, which why I decided to go to the hospital. Once I was in the internal medicine, well, they did some screening. I said I have low fever, painful breathing, body and muscle pain, so I was sent to ENT because I experience a ringing in my ear as well, I then sent to do a hearing function test. Right ear was normal, while my left ear was.. what’s it called.. ringing in ear. My left ear hearing function drops down one level. It’s not that serious but since it’s related to inner ear, and it's a part of nervous system, right? If it’s affecting that, the doctor afraid it could lead to permanent hearing function loss. Yeah, that part is concerning. So I was prescribed steroids to be consumed to prevent further inflammation and damage more than this. Not sure if I’m explaining it right, but that’s what I remember. I’m not a doctor, lol. And then, after I got the steroids and back home, I had work to film on the next day. I was like, why I feel so tired going for work at 6 in the morning, why my body feels this exhausting, just bending over to grab something or doing other things made me feel like I was gonna pass out. Thought I was just old lol. But at that time I felt unwell, my chest felt tight, and I felt exhausted. That day, I kept working even though I was exhausted. I felt like I don’t wanna work anymore, it was tiring, even just walking up the stairs, I had to stop and take a break. I couldn’t do it, it felt so tiring. When filming, just stepping my legs already felt tiring that I didn’t want to step my legs anymore. So that day decided to see a doctor, focusing to check my heart as it felt tight and was racing, and I had pain when breathing as well so I decided to see a heart specialist doctor but I arrived there at 2 PM and there was no available appointment anymore. Also, the Echo or ECG machine was all used so I had to schedule an appointment for the next day. I went there in the afternoon. Blood pressure and other test was normal, around 110-160, and it’s normal. Pulse is normal. Blood pressure was okay. And what else, yeah that’s it. I had an ECG, the result came out normal. I’ve also just get physical check up recently and the result were almost the same when compared. But since I still didn’t feel well, I wanted to know what’s wrong with me so I asked for a blood test. It’s a blood test that focusing on troponin and CRP level, which are enzymes in blood cells that indicate heart issues if the levels are high. After my blood test, I waited an hour for the results. When they called me, they said my symptom is serious, it’s a heart disease. Normal troponin levels are below 1 for healthy human, but mine was 3800, which is extremely high, so I had to be admitted. This is an enzyme level in the heart muscle cells. If heart muscle is damaged or its cells break down, the enzyme will mix into the blood and can be detected in the blood indicating a heart problem, so I need to be admitted for further examination with echo. It’s an ultrasound for heart. The result saying that there’s an inflammation in my heart as predicted by the doctors. The heart muscle is really swollen and… [takes deep breath] oh I’m tired already. It's enlarging which makes my heart race and feel tight and uncomfortable. That’s what they said. It’s not working the way it should, which is why I get tired so easily. So it answers everything. After the echo I took a rest and got therapy regimen… as what I understand, consuming steroid can suppress the immune system, right? They help reduce inflammation while the body fights the virus. It’s reducing the inflammation, right? But they said steroids alone weren’t enough because my troponin levels were way too abnormally high, so I got an injection instead. [deep breath] I got injected last night for only three dosage because I had to work today in the morning.asked the doctor to discharge me cause I had to work first. But the decision was taken with condition. I got injected three dosage in the morning and did another blood test which show a result of a decrease in troponin level from 3800 to 1600. Doctor said it was probably 5000 before this and it keeps decreasing to 3800, and to 1600, So if the work isn’t too hard physically, I’m allowed to go, I then go to work. Today at work I was only standing around and talking around. I can stand and talk, but I can’t do any heavy work as it’ll will make my heart work hard and affecting the recovery, I then have to walk slowly. But even so, I can’t even walk fast tho, I get tired easily. Yeah, that’s all. It’s not like I’m completely bedrotting or something, it’s just heart muscle problem, so… fighting ✌🏻

MUST WATCH Fox News Digital today: In a jaw-dropping admission, Hasan Piker said the quiet part out loud. 🌹Hasan Piker is a Turkish-American Muslim Marxist influencer who spends about six hours a day on a platform called Twitch, mostly talking to himself to an audience that experts say includes kids. 🌹On Monday, Piker publicly acknowledged that China-based American Marxist Neville Roy Singham acts as a "funding vehicle" for “a lot of political movements” and “political advocacy” operations in the United States. 🌹Singham himself acts as a political operative, cavasing for candidates endorsed by the Democratic Socialists of America, which uses the rose🌹 as a symbol. 🌹He is the red and the green in the red-green alliance of the far-left and Muslims. 🔍 His remarks are the first candid admission of the political agenda of Singham. The comments could intensify ongoing congressional and federal scrutiny of the far-left nonprofit network Singham has funded and supported: 🌹People's Forum 🌹BreakThrough News 🌹Tricontinental 🌹CodePinkParty for Socialism and Liberation, ANSWER Coalition. WATCH the video below and read my full investigation here at Fox News Digital: Piker said on his livestream Monday: 🌹 “I think that ultimately the target is probably Singham and his operation from PSL to ANSWER Coalition to CodePink — like anything that he has ever financed.” 🌹 “And it’s not new, it’s been around for a while.” 🌹 He defends Singham: “It’s like totally fucking ridiculous to try and stop the political advocacy of an American citizen.” 🌹“Roy Singham is an American citizen. He lives in China now and he's a centimillionaire. I think he has almost a billion dollars.” 🌹“Not sure how much money he has now, but he's been a funding vehicle for a lot of political movements in the country, like a lot of activism, and they hate that shit, so they're trying to jam them up.” 🌹“They're trying to hit him on anything and everything they possibly can. That's it, that's the goal here. That's the broader goal.” 🌹 Piker's comments are important because federal officials and congressional investigators are probing how Singham nonprofits operate as overt political operations and agents of malign foreign influence while maintaining tax-exempt charitable status. 🌹The Singham network has built the infrastructure -- with premade signs, scripted chants and protest gear -- that has mobilized the street protests that have brought chaos to America's streets -- broadcast to the world by foreign adversaries to prove failures in America's system -- all the while, enjoying the privileges and comforts of America. For example, Hasan the Marxist lives in a $2 million home in West Hollywood with his dog Kaya. Do you think these groups should lose their nonprofit status? What should prosecutors done with these groups? Stay tuned for more!

A lot of people like to hate on Frank , will do a one take on my POV as a Solana bot tool owner Hawk AI Just watched a 4H space with him inside, after 12H scanning and building. It was hilarious, and I absolutely agreed with many of his points. 1) Many people farm clout and engagement by using him as the model (with little Zach style investigation on on-chain transactions, buying before tweet etc) 2) Information edge is under appreciated in the trenches. People want to just win, with no risk or time invested. Most traders don’t understand the nuances, the losses, the lessons. And there’s simply no way to teach this other than muscle memory and watching the chart 1000 times. I am scanning 12-18H a day for last four months, I sleep at 10am 80% of days. I hit many runners decently, and still lose or miss out on some. Couldn’t even get perfect entry ($2B vs $1B) on Melania cause I got rugged on TikTok before it, and sometimes I sell way too early. Narrative VAL ceilings. Exact fees and settings. Large buys and sells. All lessons. 0 insiders / cabal groups. I didn’t get burned on LIBRA because it felt off, same feeling with the retweets, doesn’t feel supportive, felt like a paid shill. Poor launch. Do you expect to beat challengers in League, or Top Poker players who grind the GTO/Exploitative chart as a new gamer/entrant? Game is game. Navigating insider information isn’t as easy as people think either at times, because insiders has bags, they can use you(him) to dump as EL, and to also frame him as target. If I was Frank, I’d most likely avoid “insider noise” and do my own trading. Honestly, as a terminally online trench trader who tracks his along other wallets I respect, I can’t lie I respect the trades. Many times it isn’t a buy+dump like most wallets farming small SOLs. And he gets rugged plenty of times too. It’s like watching a +EV Poker YouTuber play poker. Views and subscribers (copytraders) + Actual trench trading (betting well on runners, from AI coins like SNAI where we had similar entries), and scaling out respectfully. And I was tracking that publicly too with tweets. Until further (official) evidence, I’ll continue to stand on neutral or supportive. Of course, this is only in context from a TRADER to another TRADER. Rest my case. 🫡

Michigan's Best Mullet Only Gets Trimmed Twice a Year Locals know that Easter is coming when radiator repairman Mel Koykka gets his luscious locks snipped By Charlie LeDuff Charlie LeDuff When the ice breaks in the Straits of Detroit and the tankers begin running toward Lake Superior, you know spring has dawned on Detroit. But nothing quite signals the arrival of the equinox than the traditional Easter haircut of Mel Koykka. Twice a year—and only twice a year—do scissors touch the golden drapery of Mel Koykka’s outrageous mullet. Once for Easter and once for Thanksgiving. This makes the cutting a must-see event for someone with nothing better to do. It is Michigan’s equivalent of the swallows returning to Capistrano. “Easter means rebirth,” explains Koykka, 67. “And Thanksgiving is for giving thanks. So I’m celebrating rebirth and giving thanks.” Koykka, it would seem, is no poet. But he is among the last of America’s radiator repairmen. Local men flock to his garage. They come not so much for a new thermostat or a radiator recoring, but rather for a can of beer and a cup of human companionship. There is John the Antenna Man. Sam the Claims Adjuster. Brute the Six-Fingered Mechanic. Sandy the Truck Driver. Matt the Moonshiner. Al the Welder. Like Kokkya, they’re all experts in their field, all semi-retired. Mel's is their unofficial clubhouse. On any given afternoon, you will see these men through the grimy windows of Ferndale Auto Radiator laughing at the same jokes they laughed at a month ago. The flames from the gas lamps give the place the vibe of a laboratory and the beer is always cold. Founded more than 100 years ago by Art Koykka—a follically challenged forbearer—the motto here is: “We repaired your grandad’s radiator.” But today the club has convened to witness the renewal of the Monarch of the Mullet. The Prince of the Pompadour. Business in the front. Party in the back. The sculpting was performed by Austin the Barber, a man so in-demand that his chair is never empty (house calls by appointment only). It was obvious that the Koykka job would be no easy task and would take every bit of the barber’s skill and knowledge. It was three haircuts in one. Pompadour on top. High and tight on the sides, and the slightest of straight trim on the backside. The mullet measured a full 1 foot 6 inches from the crown of Koykka’s pompadour to the bottom of his beavertail. “The mullet is more popular these days than you would think,” the barber casually offered. “A lot of younger guys are coming in and asking me for it.” It was quickly decided among the audience that the younger set had obviously cast an envious eye on Mel the Mullet, liked what they saw, and decided they simply must have one of their own. And just like that, the 1980s started calling. After 15 minutes of scissor and razor work, the Easter rebirth of Mel the Mullet was nearly complete. Nearly, but not quite. Not until Tilly the dog walked in with her master, Todd the Rumrunner. Koykka, the last of the radiator men, coaxed his four-legged manicurist with three dog biscuits before she would lick his cuticles clean.

II. ‼️‼️‼️🍉🍉🍉 1. Managers and assistants know absolutely nothing. The office's statement was prepared by the police to distribute, saying that it was to control public opinion. At that time, they were in the police department, making minutes, and at the same time, the content issued was written by the police. 2. People present at the scene all went to take testimony. Currently, the case is in the criminal investigation stage. III. ‼️‼️‼️🍉🍉🍉 1. The laborer in the apartment complex witnessed with his own eyes the "black shadow struggling" - a man in a black suit pulled his arm. Even the janitor auntie's phone photo album was formatted. One hour before the fall, the livestream sounded strange, with metallic collision noises in the background. 2. Hardcore fans reviewing Yu Menglong's last Douyin livestream discovered (unclear here) that she showed a text message on her phone from an unknown number: "Watch your tongue, unless you want to be in free fall next." 3. A detail in the forensic report makes the case more mysterious, #YuMenglong's wrist has a clear mark due to being tied up, and in the cracks of his nails there is a DNA of skin tissue that is not his own. Horrifying forensic report leaked, his body contains neurotoxins (?) The insider exclusively revealed the content of the police autopsy report, in YuMenglong's blood there is a small amount of tetrodotoxin (TTX) from pufferfish. *** " Tetrodotoxin (TTX) is an extremely powerful neurotoxin commonly found in pufferfish, some species of blue-ringed octopus, salamands and some other marine creatures. - Mechanism: TTX blocks sodium channels (Na+) in neurons, paralyzing the nervous system. - Symptoms of poisoning: numb lips, numbness of the tongue, dizziness, shortness of breath, muscle paralysis and possible death due to respiratory failure. 👉 In short: Tetrodotoxin (TTX) is a pudfish toxin, extremely toxic, only a few milligrams can cause death." This type of neurotoxin only needs 0.5 milligrams to be fatal, usually causing respiratory muscle paralysis within 20 minutes. The toxin injection mark was found on the inside of the left thigh." 💁‍♀️: "That's right, at that time I clearly saw that the laborer reported to the police. I still wonder, why did friends gather to eat and drink together and something unexpected happen that they didn't report to the police? After that, when the heat of the incident increased, the news reports changed to "dog walking" to report to the police. At that time I thought, there must be a problem." 🍉‼️‼️ #于朦朧墜樓事件 #YuMenglongFallingEvent #justiceforyumenglong #于朦胧坠楼 #YuMenglong #于朦胧 #AlanYu #YuMenglong #JusticeforYuMenglong #YuMenglong于朦胧 #于朦胧

I used to think Brand was bullsh*t, so imagine my surprise when I was asked to speak at Meta's Performance Marketing Summit about Brand to a room of performance marketers How'd this happen? Many moons ago, I co-founded Chubbies. It's a nine-figure brand now: 8 straight years of top and bottom-line growth, EBITDA up 40% yoy But we almost went out of business first — running the exact playbook a lot of performance marketers are running right now CAC creeping up every year. Only 'growing' when we discounted harder, longer, wider. Same ads, same people, growth on loan from the algorithm Then we incorporated Brand into our 'performance' media, and revenue re-accelerated. More importantly, so did profit Here are 3 mistakes I made, 3 things I learned, and 3 actions you can take on Monday: Here's what I had wrong: 1. I thought brand was logos, fonts, or a brand book nobody opens 2. I thought spending ANY dollars on ads that didn't drive a conversion was the dumbest thing a performance marketer could do 3. And when I finally tried it, I chased the wrong thing — we went for meme-lord reach, piling up views with no connection back to the brand Here's what I know now: 1. Brand is the moat. It's pricing power. It's why people buy from you without you competing on price and features 2. The "trough of despair" everyone's scared of? It doesn't show up — because you fund brand by reallocating your least-efficient dollars, not by adding budget (and other reasons) 3. And it's accountable. Build a behavioral funnel, drive a real action like branded search, measure it with a geo-holdout. It's not a vibes contest More on this "trough of despair" being a nothing burger: 1. The brands we do this for don't see the trough. A ~$75M denim brand grew contribution dollars roughly 50% year over year — with new customers and total revenue climbing the whole time 2. An outdoor brand ran brand media alone — and the lift showed up everywhere its customers shop: its own site, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and strongest of all, 2.5x incremental revenue on a major brick-and-mortar retailer's shelves 3. A six-month geo-holdout showed brand driving 1.93x incremental revenue — while the saturated direct-response they'd been relying on was returning a blended 0.91x Les Binet's research concurs: grow your share of search, and good things follow So, three things you can do Monday: 1. Find the marginal return on your least-efficient dollars. Those can move to brand with no short-term revenue drop 2. Look at the creative you ship. Would your friends be hyped to see it — or "ugh, he's selling me something"? You want a healthy mix 3. Build your behavioral funnel. Define the action at every stage so brand stops being soft and starts being math The full vid is attached. Case studies in the comments. If you still think "performance" brand is bullsh*t — let's discuss What's the data you'd need to see to change your mind? Tell me where you're stuck/skeptical and let's get into it below

Dr. Arthur Brooks has spent years studying happiness, meaning, and the habits that make life truly fulfilling. He makes a powerful case that happiness is not a feeling. It’s something deeper. Something built. In this episode, Dr. Arthur Brooks breaks down the science of happiness and explains why a good life is shaped by the three essential “macronutrients” of enjoyment, satisfaction, and meaning. He explains why pleasure alone is not enough, why struggle is necessary for fulfillment, and why many of the things we chase like money, status, comfort, and admiration, can quietly pull us away from what matters most. We also explore the hidden costs of modern technology, why boredom may actually be essential for reflection and purpose, and why service, beauty, and friendship are core ingredients of a meaningful life. Arthur shares practical ideas throughout, from his “reverse bucket list” to his mood-management protocol, tech hygiene rules, and strategies for avoiding relationship drift in marriage and friendship. I’m recording this about 17 minutes before I hop on a zoom call so what’s your watching here? It’s a lot of what you’re watching. I think most importantly what you’re seeing is me having a good time and enjoying myself I’ve been really paying attention to that you know I can be so formulated formulaic strategic just because of you know the muscle memory of being an artist and a professional that sometimes I forget to you know, laughing and have a good time so the top of the year has been very consistent. You know we talked about the optimism you have come January 1 here we are in March. I’m not sure the date but we’re in March now almost in the first quarter and I’ve been working every single day. I’ve been living every single day but two weeks ago I got sick and I don’t know if it was allergies or whatever or something that was just going around because a few of my collaborators also was out and are still out to this to this day but everyone’s good everyone’s getting rest but that break really jolted me and scared me just how when I take the weekends off to go and live I always have this thought of when I go back on Monday do I still have it? Am I still in that mode that I’ve been feeling? the answer to that question is yes and I say that to say there’s this Producer, who I found on TikTok just because I love keeping my ear to the streets. It’s not good on the back and you shouldn’t keep your ear to the street for too long because it’ll make your back hurt, but it’s worth the pain. I promise you, but I found this Producer and the captain was. I’m making a beat every day and if I miss a day I quit and I sell all of my equipment. I’ve been in the search of just new production. I’m looking for a new bounces of drums and I feel like the youth is where it’s always gonna be at. I take pride in pointing at people who may not have the experience or anything yet but that doesn’t mean that you you don’t have what it takes to change the world or the Sonic’s so I reached out to trippy and I told him yo I’ve been looking for help on drums and swings I’m gonna nerd out for you but like I’m kind of getting tired of hearing the snare on the two and four or a repetitive high hat patterns and what I seen when I seen trvpyyy post well what I heard rather with someone who was taking liberties and swings and bounces, so I shot my shot in DM them got his number and we hopped on a FaceTime call and he told me his name was trippy and immediately I started smiling from the inside and out because I have a friend by the name of trippy who very early on took the chance to say yo I like what you doing I want you to get a front seat of what it’s like to be a superstar and also what it’s like to show love and be a friend and pour into someone so recording this now healthy me and Jason are back in the gym. We had a very strong week I had a very exciting week of being outside and just being with friends and loved ones Lotta late nights but we make sure we still get up in the morning and hit our 3 mile run or our leg days, upper body or full body . The weekends are usually my time to rest and live, but I’m recording live now from the studio excited and ready to play and Jam just because I genuinely love what I do there’s a lot That’s about to happen in a great way actually coming up this week and I’m excited for that but I’m even more excited to have a great time and just have a blast I’m so thankful I’m so present. I’m so appreciative of the life that I lived. I love that I get to speak these things and it gets transcribed in a text but I mean every single word. I love you and I’ll see you later, Playboy it’s about to be a fun week.

Jimmy Dore interviews RG911/AE911 - The Hard WTC Evidence - Official 9/11 Story COLLAPSING! Bringing Tens of Thousands of Newcomers to the 9/11 Truth | Watch along with them! — 45 Minutes Jimmy posted today our LIVE interview with him from the other day. He encouraged us to share all the evidence we could in our limited time with him - and we did! I was joined by structural engineer Kamal Obeid from Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth who addressed key issues including the impossibility of the free-fall collapse of World Trade Center Building 7. We addressed as many key points as we possibly could in the 45 minutes that we had: 1. The importance of the truth-telling that WI Senator Ron Johnson and former Congressman Curt Weldon are all about right now. Jimmy played excerpts of the Senator’s WTC comments on The Benny Show including “molten metal…controlled demolition…Calling Out Bravo 7 documentary.” We are making sure that the Senator has the solid body of evidence that will back up his historic efforts to get a real 9/11 investigation. We addressed these questions among many others on Jimmy Dore: 1. Why didn’t the American Institute of Architects issue even one bulletin on the catastrophic unprecedented destruction of 47-story World Trade Center Building 7 — the third worst structural failure in history? 2. Why didn’t NIST (National Institute of Standards & Technology) include in their 2004 report on the Twin Towers the 156 first responders who saw, heard, and experienced explosions? And many of them before the collapse of the towers? 3. Why did NIST persist with their theory that the top section crush the building section below while maintaining a near free-fall acceleration (when the top section was in fact destroyed in the first 3 seconds) — as if 90% of the steel gave no resistance whatsoever? 4. What caused the hundreds of laterally-ejected freely-flying 4-ton structural steel sections, at 80mph, landing 600 feet in every direction impaling themselves in skyscrapers all around them? 5. What cause the complete pulverization of 110 acre-sized concrete floors — 90,000 tons of concrete in each tower, and dispersed it from river to river across Lower Manhattan? 6. What was crushing the lower section of each tower, if the above steel and concrete, which was 2/3 of their weight, was NOT even available to crush it?! The above questions were just the beginning of the 7-dozen key points of forensic, video, and eyewitness testimony that we laid on Jimmy. Please let us know how you think we did. There’s always room for improvement. Learn more about the WTC evidence at We send out to YOU another huge thanks to those who funding our new PR professional who has already obtained a number of interviews for us in addition to the big one. They keep stacking up! Jeff Crouere on Ringside Politics / — 5/1/25 & 5/2/25 Jake Smith of — May 2 Carrie Abbott of — May 5 Mike Dakak of the — May 7 Jeff Rense / — 7pm Pacific, May 12 B. Cullum of The National Security Hour / America Out Loud Network — 11am Pacific, May 12 Quite Frankly Podcast / — 4pm Pacific, Monday May 19 We rely on YOUR support to continue reaching out to the millions every year who are getting the best 9/11 truth evidence available. Won’t you support us and keep the interviews coming? Keep On Air!

It's crazy, I actually side with the "Anti-AI or AI slop" crowd. When the new SAG-AFTRA agreement took affect July 1st, I thought this was a major win for TV, film, artists rights and IP holders. People see viral AI Brad Pit fighting Tom Cruise or rip off American Ghibli Anime and assume anyone using AI to create content has the same background or beliefs. Quite the opposite. Majority of the top 1% of AI filmmakers or AI artists are: pro-AI, anti-theft, pro-ownership. We come from traditional production, have "real artist" friends and colleagues. We educate, hire and collaborate with artists, studios, streaming platforms, and production companies. We just released episode 2 of our original series "The Arc" on Artlist TV, and is just one example of what utilizing AI to tell stories looks like in the near future and following the guidelines created by SAG-AFTRA. What do you think - does the new SAG-AFTRA agreement not only protect real artists and IP but also provide a new revenue stream to these same artists and IP holders? “How can Kobe be Top 1-2 scorer all time he only has two scoring titles”. It’s because Kobe wasn’t the ball hog yall think he is and he sacrificed to WIN. Kobe’s scoring finishes each season between 2001 - 2013: 2001 #4 at 28.5PPG sharing W/Shaq 2002 #6 at 25.2 PPG sharing W/Shaq 2003 #2 at 30 PPG sharing W/Shaq 2004 #4 at 24 PPG sharing W/Shaq *Shaq leaves: 2005 #2 at 27.7 PPG 2006 #1 at 35.4 PPG 2007 #1 at 31.6 PPG 2008 #2 at 28.3 PPG AS SOON AS HE LEAVES SHAQ, 4 years in a row Kobe finishes Top 2. Kobe playing with Shaq held back averages and scoring titles because he had to sacrifice to feed Shaq and keep the big man’s ego up. 2009 #3 at 26.8 PPG 2010 #4 at 27.0 PPG 2011 #5 at 25.3 PPG 2012 #2 at 27.9 PPG (sat out last game/lost by .01) 2013 #3 at 27.3 PPG (34 Y.O. no signs of slowing) 2014 injury that all but ended his career Kobe finished #2 four times and Shared 4 of these seasons with Shaq. Kobe CLEARLY could have had more scoring titles but was focused on winning. He wanted teammates he could trust and share the ball with. Kobe wasn’t a stat stuffer like people think. If he was he would have kept “trash” teammates and won the scoring title every year. He had that 35PPG just to show you what he could do if he wanted. That 35 PPG hadn’t been done since Jordan pulled it off in 1988 and wasn’t done again until 2018 when Harden did it. No one else will probably do that for another 15-20 years. Few other reasons why KOBE IS A TOP 1-2 SCORER ALL TIME. All accolades accomplished in the hardest era of all time IMO: -Had 4-game in a row w/50+ PTS in 2007 recording: 65PTS, 50PTS, 60PTS, 50PTS -Had 9-game stretch of 40PTS in 2003 Had 6 60PT games (2nd all time behind Wilt) -Had 25 50PT games (3rd all time behind Wilt/Jordan) -Had 122 40PT games (3rd all time behind Wilt/Jordan) -Led the league in total points 4 times -Scored the most PTS in the 2000s with 21,605 PTS -Most PTS scored in a modern era: 81 PTS -4th in all time points with 33,643 -Most points for a shooting guard all time -Scored 60 PTS at 37 years old (record) Kobe was an elite scorer and was only stopped because of injury. And this is why all that “Kobe had only two scoring titles” means nothing in regards to how elite of a scorer he is. There is no one you can name besides MJ in the modern era that had the scoring peak, ability and stats that Kobe had when it comes to scoring. There’s no one that measures up. NO ONE. Don’t let the scoring titles fool you. Kobe was pretty much Micheal Jordan in a better era when it comes to scoring (MJ still the GOAT though).

The rise of ZXMOTO and its founder, Zhang Xue, isn’t just another business success story; it is a disruptive masterclass in how a "challenger brand" can dismantle the decades-long hegemony of Japanese and European giants. While traditional powerhouses like Honda, Yamaha, and Ducati have long relied on their legacy and massive economies of scale, ZXMOTO has sprinted past them by weaponizing three distinct advantages: unfiltered passion, radical R&D reinvestment, and the world’s most agile manufacturing ecosystem. 1. The "Pegasus" Factor: Founder-Led Obsession In an industry often governed by corporate committees and "safe" incremental updates, Zhang Xue is a glaring anomaly. Known as the real-life version of the film Pegasus (a story of a grassroots racing dreamer), Zhang’s background as a self-taught mechanic gives him a technical intimacy with his products that most CEOs lack. *Authenticity as a Brand: Zhang doesn't just sell bikes; he lives them. From chasing TV crews at age 19 to personally leading rally teams, his "all-in" persona resonates with a new generation of riders tired of sterile corporate marketing. *The "Kill or Be Killed" Mindset: His decision to leave his previous successful venture (Kove Moto) to start ZXMOTO in 2024 specifically to chase WorldSBK glory shows a commitment to performance over profit—a gamble that has paid off in brand prestige. 2. Speed Over Legacy: The Chongqing Edge The Japanese "Big Four" have spent decades optimizing global supply chains, which, while efficient, can be slow to pivot. ZXMOTO, however, is a product of Chongqing, the "Motorcycle Capital of the World." *Hyper-Local Agility: With over 400 suppliers within a single city, ZXMOTO can iterate on a design in weeks what takes traditional brands months or years. *Cost-to-Performance Ratio: This ecosystem allowed ZXMOTO to launch the 820RR-RS—a bike that dominated the 2026 WorldSSP in Portugal—at a fraction of the cost of its European competitors. When a $6,000 bike beats a $20,000+ Ducati by nearly four seconds, the "value" conversation shifts from "cheap" to "superior engineering." 3. Radical R&D: Buying the Future Critics often dismiss new Chinese brands as "copycats." Zhang Xue silenced this narrative through sheer financial force. While industry standard R&D spending hovers around 3–5% of revenue, ZXMOTO has pushed its investment to nearly 10%. "ZXMOTO is investing nearly 70 million yuan annually in R&D, with plans to double that in 2026. They aren't just building bikes; they are buying the technological lead." By focusing on high-RPM engines and lightweight materials (like the 820RR’s class-leading power-to-weight ratio), they have bypassed the "entry-level" phase and jumped straight into the high-performance tier where Japanese brands once felt untouchable. 4. Racing as the Ultimate Litmus Test ZXMOTO’s strategy of "Win on Sunday, Sell on Monday" is an old-school philosophy executed with modern precision. By entering the World Supersport (WorldSSP) category—a production-based series—they proved that their street bikes are fundamentally superior. *Global Validation: The double-victory in Portugal (March 2026) wasn't just a trophy; it was a global certificate of quality. It shattered the "Made in China" stigma in real-time, leading to over 5,500 pre-orders in less than a week. *The Psychological Shift: For the first time, Western and Japanese riders aren't looking at ZXMOTO because it’s cheaper—they’re looking at it because it’s faster. Conclusion: A New Era of Competition The success of ZXMOTO and Zhang Xue signals that the "cut-throat" nature of the motorcycle industry has changed. The Japanese brands can no longer rely on the assumption of superior reliability or engineering. ZXMOTO has proven that when you combine China’s manufacturing muscle with a founder’s fanatical vision, you don't just join the race—you lead it. The era of the "Big Four" is officially over; the era of the Global Challenger has begun.

Most competitive 49ers' training camp practice so far ended Block 3 — fittingly, it coincided with Kyle Shanahan's return to the podium. Some highlights: 🏈Upton Stout will be a HUGE part of this defense. Pick 6 on a Brock Purdy-to-Demarcus Robinson try today. Raheem Morris said Stout is SF's starting "Star" — that was Jalen Ramsey's versatile position in LA's defense 🏈OL/DL 1-on-1s didn't go well for Connor Colby, who lost multiple reps (rookie James Thompson got him twice). Robert Jones continued as top LG. Brett Toth (concussion) watched from sideline 🏈Romello Height had a fun multi-rep battle with Colton McKivitz. Slipped lost Round 1, then jumped offsides twice, then ripped out a wicked inside spin move — speedy potential on full display. Height says he picks Trent Williams' brain after practice (smart move, per sources) 🏈De'Zhaun Stribling was back in team drills. Purdy's first pass: Crisp out-breaker to the rookie, who continues to look polished and explosive. Stribling did log a catch vs Stout on another out later on 🏈Biggest offensive play came when 49ers spread defense out with Stribling and Co. to set up Purdy-to-McCaffrey on a 25-yard post 🏈The logjam of young DTs — Sebastian Valdez, Bryson Eason, and James Thompson — will be interesting to sort out. All are flashing. Alfred Collins had a big pass bat-down today, one of his specialties 🏈Jordan Watkins has had some struggles over the middle and today he dropped an intermediate crosser in traffic from Adrian Martinez 🏈Nice adjustment from Junior Bergen on a similar route but with Kurtis Rourke at QB. Throw was a touch late and behind Bergen but the gritty young WR made it work. His good camp continues 🏈Best practice so far for vet CB Nate Hobbs, who notched 3 pass breakups, including one vs Bergen. Hobbs has been most effective inside during his career but he also knocked two boundary passes away today 🏈Soaring TD catch in end-of-game red-zone work from 6-2 rookie WR Wesley Grimes on a throw from Mac Jones 🏈Purdy found Luke Farrell for a last-second TD during his first turn of this hurry-up work. Farrell's pass-game usage has gone way up this camp; looks like a trusted target for 13 now 🏈Deommodore Lenoir INT of Purdy came on the first team's second red-zone try. Fourth down as time expired, so Purdy had to force a throw since no one was open and the "game" was on the line. Lenoir undercut Robinson 🏈Big run stop from rookie DT Gracen Halton, who's one of the most vocal players on the field. When Halton makes a play, you typically hear it from the sideline 🏈Fred Warner notched a lunging PBU, showcasing that rare 6-4 LB height, and also scooped up a possible early fumble for a return TD 🏈49ers will be off Sunday before returning for their fourth 2-practice block on Monday, the second of which will be a joint session with Robert Saleh and the Titans — so the work is ramping up at just the right time

I've studied 100+ founders who turned personal brands into $10M+ businesses. Now I’m launching 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗣𝗢 (with beehiiv🐝), a podcast where the founders all over your feed share their playbooks. Sam Parr, Justin Welsh, and all of our guests share one thing: Obsession. Some of them dropped out of college and moved across the country with nothing. Others left cushy 6-figure finance jobs for ideas Wall Street said were stupid. All of them stayed in the game, built amazing companies, and created their own luck. 1. 𝗦𝗮𝗺 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗿 sold The Hustle for $27M and co-founded Hampton, a peer network for founders 2. 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗵 just crossed $10M in revenue single-handedly creating the category of solopreneurship on LinkedIn 3. 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗷𝗷𝗶 has launched five separate 7 and 8-figure businesses firing off viral posts from his phone 4. 𝗗𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗵 ditched Wall Street to build a $700k/month hold-co training the next generation of digital writers 5. 𝗧𝗶𝗺 𝗛𝘂𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗸𝗮𝗺𝗽 has quietly built 1440, a newsletter doing $20M/year 6. 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗮𝗰 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 sold a viral short-term-rental portfolio for $7M in his mid-twenties after an Airbnb delisting nearly bankrupted him 7. 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗶𝘂 bought a biz for $1 and turned it into a 60-person SEO agency and top marketing podcast 8. 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼 bootstrapped a $1M/month portfolio of community and SaaS businesses by 28 years old And we're just getting started. The first episode drops Monday!
