If your parent is showing signs of Alzheimer's and you want to do something about it, start with sardines. They’re packed with fat and protein - in the exact ratio your body needs to produce abundant ketones FAST. Anyone with Alzheimer’s has brain cells that are insulin resistant. It can no longer efficiently pull glucose from the bloodstream for fuel. Even though glucose is available, the insulin delivery system is broken. Brain cells are starving and can no longer power themselves properly, causing brain fog, memory loss, cognitive decline, and even depression. Ketones are an alternative source of fuel that bypasses this broken system entirely. They cross the blood-brain barrier without needing insulin, feeding your brain cells directly. They produce less cellular waste than glucose. And even act as natural antioxidants exactly where your brain needs them most. Dr. Annette Bosworth has coached thousands of patients and uses this method to kickstart a ketogenic state fast. Here's her protocol: Eat only sardines for 3 days (with no eating window) Choose sardines packed in oil Within 48-72 hours, most people are producing abundant ketones. Dr. Bosworth had a 41-year-old Down syndrome patient with Alzheimer's. Three weeks on keto, she spoke her first three-syllable word ever—something her brain had never been capable of before. — Dr. Annette Bosworth on Steven Bartlett's (Steven Bartlett) Diary of a CEO podcast PS: B2C health apps, SaaS, brand or info founders: We'll help make 𝕏 your #1 organic acquisition channel in the next 90 days without you writing a single tweet. Just watched Steven Bartlett get absolutely SCHOOLED by Dr. Boz in 6 minutes that will probably age-reversing-pilled half of the internet today She looked him dead in the eye and said: “I’ve been practicing 25 years. Parkinson’s has 3,500 of my patients. I have ZERO. Because Parkinson’s only wins when you let the trash pile up in your brain for decades… and then act shocked when the diagnosis hits.” Her exact words: “The slow death of your brain doesn’t announce itself. It starts with: - the belly fat that won’t shift - joints that ache “for no reason” - brain fog at 3 pm - joy slowly draining from life - waking up tired even after 8 hours” That’s not “getting old”. That’s trash in your brain you still have time to take out. Then she roasted Steven’s eating pattern live on air: “Pasta + late dinner? One bite after 6 pm costs you like TEN bites at breakfast when you’re over 40. Your insulin is still screaming at 3 am. That’s how you age in fast-forward.” Her fix? Dead simple: - Finish eating by 6-7 pm (non-negotiable as you age) - Give your body 16+ hours without food regularly - Trigger autophagy = your brain’s trash disposal service - Watch mood, energy, focus, and waistline transform in months She ended with this line that gave me chills: “At 54 I want to be as sharp, energetic and alive as Steven is right now. Most people are decaying. I want to be accelerating.” If you only watch ONE health clip this year, make it these 6 minutes. Your 54-year-old self is begging you to hit play. Who’s committing to their last bite before 7 pm tonight? (Just sharing a public conversation between Steven Bartlett & Dr. Annette Bosworth, MD — no medical advice, just a wake-up call everyone’s talking about)

we all dream of those big wins in life the 100x, the multi-million dollar trade, or even just 10x of what you started with in 7 days i’ve been fortunate enough to experience a few of those over the past few years, and the reality is when you do win big, it doesn’t feel like it at all it hits for a split second, and then your brain just normalizes it it's a part of how to get there in the first place, but makes it a lot easier to lose it if you don't have the right guardrails in place and in that exact moment, you being even keeled doesn’t mean the number in front of you isn’t life changing it is this is where you have to slow down a bit, breathe, settle your mind don’t just roll it into some bullshit take some off the table, step away for a few days if you have to, funny enough, blowing let's say 10k of it on a beautiful trip to tokyo will save you so much because once you actually process what just happened, your future self will thank you for it the truth is, even if you think you’re going for a certain number, the moment you hit it, you’ll want more and more, and more anyone who's been in the same position will tell you the exact same thing ironically the people that win are addicted to winning and if you ask the same people in a year after that big win, what they regret and where are they proud of themselves? they will tell you they regretted rolling it over and giving some/all back or they are proud for switching back on the switch all of this is real, but it’s also exactly how i imagined it would feel years ago before it ever happened manifest your life, the feeling not just the number everything happens twice, first in your mind, then in reality

If your parent is showing signs of Alzheimer's and you want to do something about it, put them on the ketogenic diet. This diet puts their body into a state of ketosis, where instead of their brain burning sugar for fuel, it burns fat and produces something called ketones. Ketones become an alternative fuel source for their brains. Most people with Alzheimer's have brain cells that are insulin resistant. It can no longer efficiently pull glucose from the bloodstream for fuel. Even though glucose is available, the insulin delivery system is broken. Brain cells are starving and can no longer power themselves properly, causing brain fog, memory loss, cognitive decline, and even depression. Ketones bypass this broken system entirely. They cross the blood-brain barrier without needing insulin, feeding your brain cells directly. They produce less cellular waste than glucose. And even act as natural antioxidants exactly where your brain needs them most. Here's Dr. Dale Bredesen's ketogenic protocol from his latest clinical trial on Alzheimer's: • Cut simple carbohydrates. • Fast for at least 12 hours overnight. • Plant-rich diet high in healthy fats (a mildly ketogenic diet - best if starting out) 90% of his patients improved following these rules. Some went from impaired cognitive scores to perfect ones. And results were 7x greater than the leading Alzheimer's drugs. The ketogenic diet is one of the protocols families use to treat their parent's Alzheimer's in our online community. More on this in the comments below.

A lot of people think that if you’re carnivore, you must be anti-plants. I’m not anti-plants. There are millions of people in the world who eat plants and do great on them. Some plants are absolutely fine for some bodies. Right now they’re not fine for mine. That’s why I use carnivore as an elimination protocol. When I started, I had inflammation, digestive issues, likely SIBO, leaky gut, and a system that felt chaotic. I didn’t know what foods were helping and what foods were hurting me. When you’re eating a bunch of different plant foods every week, it’s almost impossible to figure out what’s causing the problem. Carnivore removes the noise. Beef, butter, bacon, eggs, salt, water. That’s it. Once the noise is gone, your body finally has a chance to tell the truth. Over the last 13 months I’ve tested a few plants one at a time like zucchini, cucumber, raspberries, strawberries, and pickles. I paid attention to how I felt after each one. That’s how you collect useful data. Not guesses. Data. A lot of people try keto and don’t feel much different, so they assume eating more meat and cutting carbs “didn’t work.” But many times they’re still eating the same plants that were triggering inflammation in the first place. Not always. But often enough that it matters. If your system is reacting to something you’re eating, keto can lower carbs without actually removing the trigger. Carnivore does. This isn’t for everyone. But if your joints hurt, your digestion is unpredictable, your sleep is off, or your inflammation feels constant, a 90-day carnivore elimination phase can give you answers fast. Remove the variables. Watch what changes. Then add foods back one at a time and see what your body actually tolerates. That’s not restriction. That’s investigation.

Physician Dr. Chris Shoemaker describes how lipid nanoparticles were NEVER SAFE. Even long before the C19-jab rollout. "Even back into the 1990s... they had 100% lethality...[including] lethal effects on the brain... There was zero market for [them] after 30 years of study." This clip of Shoemaker (Chris Shoemaker, MD), a Canadian comprehensive physician, is taken from an interview with Jason Lavigne (Jason Lavigne) posted to Rumble on August 31, 2025. ---------------Partial transcription of clip--------------- "Every mRNA Platform MRNA in any form given to anybody has a lethality to it. Has a effect on fertility, which is negative, has an effect on brain function, which is negative, which is because of the design of what lipid nanoparticles are shaped as and what they on their own do. "In fact, in animal studies in the early 2000s and the early 2010s, and even back into the 1990s when they were looking and considering to use lipid nanoparticles to carry small amounts of chemotherapy to the brain, the lipid nanoparticles were really good because they were really good at getting into the brain. And that's where they wanted to see if they could send some chemotherapy directing it to brain tumors when they injected. "And this was only in animals, they had 100% lethality. Lipid nanoparticles, by and of themselves in animals who were smaller than humans, but they were having lethal effects on the brain, they could never get an approval to give a lipid nanoparticle carried chemotherapy into anyone except a person who had five months or less to live. "So back in the 2000s, certain patients who knew they were going to die within five months were given permission to be part of the study to see if it was beneficial and to see it was safe. I can't say numbers that happened there. I'm sure some people's lived and many people died because that's not surprising. They were going to die of their brain tumor within five months. "But the one thing was that all of that study, all of it did nothing to prove safety, even for cancer patients to receive medications via lipid nanoparticle because it had a lethality of its own. And once you put MRNA inside it and once you put DNA plasmids in parallel with it, at the same time, you're doing a terrible risk to the patient population. And certainly the one group should never get it are the healthiest. You don't give it to healthy people. Heck, you're not even allowed to give it to people with cancer according to your own study protocols. "And they couldn't. So MRNA in lipid nanoparticles had zero market. There was zero market for it after 30 years of study. And the market was invented and the market was created and the market has happened to all of us because of nefarious decisions made at the top of world health organizations. The WHO and the people WHO are the paymasters of the who, one name of which is William Gates and there are others."

Dr. Daniel Monti just revealed a potentially massive breakthrough in Parkinson’s disease treatment. And it’s much simpler than you think. He just published his third study on a molecule called N-acetylcysteine, or “NAC for short.” “This is a powerful antioxidant.” “It actually protects the liver.” “We know that it does a lot of different things, but the important thing for us is that it’s a precursor to something called glutathione.” “Glutathione protects the brain when there’s damage or oxidative stress and we lose it as we age.” “And when we get sick, we lose it even more.” “So we want to have a way to efficiently increase glutathione in the brain, particularly when we have a neurodegenerative disorder such as Parkinson’s disease.” “We hypothesized early on that giving infused N-acetylcysteine would increase glutathione and actually have a positive impact on Parkinson’s disease.” “We’ve published three studies on this and we look at brain scans in all of them.” “And what we’ve seen is that the N-acetylcysteine increases the efficiency of dopamine in the brain, which is the neurotransmitter or chemical that gets lost in Parkinson’s disease and causes all of those symptoms.” “Our most recent study shows that it improves the way the brain connects to itself or talks to itself the functional connectivity in the brain.” “To be in the study, you couldn’t have changes in your Parkinson's medications for a period of time.” “In both the control group and in the NAC group, people were on their Parkinson’s medications, but if they got the NAC, they did better.” “Their brain came alive in a way that wasn’t happening before.”

A study put elite athletes who burned almost no carbs on a treadmill. They recorded the highest fat-burning rate ever measured in a human. The FASTER study. 2016. Published in Metabolism. Twenty of the best ultra-endurance athletes on earth. Ultramarathoners. Ironman triathletes. The kind of people whose careers depend on knowing exactly what fuel works. They were split into two groups. Ten ate the standard high-carb athlete diet. The diet every sports nutritionist still pushes. Eat the carbs. Load the carbs. You cannot perform without the carbs. Ten had been low-carb and keto-adapted for an average of twenty months. Same elite level. Same competitions. No carbs. Both groups ran three hours on a treadmill. Researchers measured exactly what fuel each body was burning, breath by breath. Here is what they found. The keto group burned fat at 2.3 times the rate of the carb group. Peak fat oxidation hit 1.5 grams per minute. The textbooks said the human body maxes out near 0.7 grams per minute. The keto athletes doubled the supposed limit. The highest fat-burning rate ever measured in a human, full stop. Then the part that should have ended the carb-loading dogma forever. The fear was that without carbs they would run out of muscle glycogen mid-race. They did not. Their glycogen use during the run and their refill afterward matched the carb athletes exactly. They were running on their own fat at elite intensity. With glycogen behaving identically. The body was never carb-dependent. It was carb-trained. You can train it differently. Almost a decade later, every endurance handbook still tells athletes to load up on carbs. The data has been sitting there the whole time.
