The reported probe is tied to possible Cuba sanctions and travel violations, with OFAC involved. These subpoenas related to their March Cuba trip are the opening move on the chessboard from the Trump administration. Piker and Benjamin's possible violations of the Cuban Assets Control Regulation (CACR)—which regulate financial transactions with Cuba regarding property—are the first step. The purpose of these subpoenas is not eventually give Hasan Piker a $10,000 civil slap on the wrist—no one cares about that. Roy Singham-funded groups sponsored and coordinated Piker's and Benjamin's March trips to Cuba. The Trump administration's ultimate goals are, rightly, the arrest and prosecution of Singham. It has been almost a year since we exposed Singham as the funder of left-wing violence in the United States. What we are watching unfold before our eyes is masterful 4D chess.
