Yes! Vibe Island already works with supported CLI agents inside Superset. Precise session jumping wasn’t available when I added support, but Superset supports it now. It’s coming in the next Vibe Island update.

Yeah, this one’s on me! You can hide those generated prompts for now under Settings → Notifications → Filters. I’m fixing the Conductor integration right now so the next update shows the workspace name instead. I’ll ping you when it’s live. If you spot anything else that feels off with Conductor, send it my way!

Hey Mak, quick update, and thank you for taking me at my word. The Conductor improvements are now live in Vibe Island v1.0.43: generated system prompts are filtered automatically, and session cards now show the workspace name. You no longer need the manual filter workaround. I’d really appreciate your feedback once you’ve tried the update.

How does it look with 30-100 concurrent sessions? I average 40-50 at any given time. Would it still work?

it works, the list scrolls through all of them and each row click-jumps to the exact session tab/app. I run a bunch(around 10-30) in parallel myself daily. 50-100 would be a fun stress test, tell me how it feels at that scale :)

it's my own app, Vibe Island, not a macOS feature :) the notch is dead space apple barely uses, so I turned it into a control surface and notification system for agents. and yes, largely built by the same agents it now babysits.

the app is native swift. built with claude code and codex side by side (also grok build recently). fable 5 and 5.6 sol ultra for planning, opus and 5.6 for execution.

this is what i do across machines — claude code on one, cursor on another, research agent in the background. the bottleneck isn't parallel execution, it's merge conflicts when 2 agents touch the same file. split work by directory boundary so they never overlap. how do you handle approvals when 3 agents need input simultaneously?

the "needs approval → notch pops" part is the real unlock. running six agents is pointless if you're babysitting six terminals — surfacing only the moments that actually block you is what makes parallel agents usable

until approvals are grouped, the notch becomes another alert queue during long agent runs

fair, I mostly use bypass/auto mode for long run right now. will think about how to manage grouped approval problems. Maybe a priority filter mechanism is also needed.

You're running seven because none of them is obviously faster. When one ships a 2x improvement, you'll only use that one

running 7 agents in parallel is the fun part. the actual skill is knowing which one finished right vs which one finished confident-but-wrong. notch notifications tell you WHEN. you still need the loop that catches WHAT went wrong.

Notch is a good placement for that. We use it for the dictation and it is working beautifully. Wonder if it pops too much are you getting annoyed or it’s actually more productive?

I have a problem. I started getting approval notifications all the time, even tho Codex itself set to approve for me. Why and how to fix it.

Sorry about that. Vibe Island should stay quiet when Codex is set to “Approve for me.” Are you running Codex locally, either in the desktop app or CLI, or through SSH/Remote? As a workaround, open Vibe Island → Settings → Labs → “When Codex needs your approval” → “Stay silent.” Codex will keep handling approvals, and the duplicate notifications should stop. I’m checking the auto-detection path now.
