I just killed all browsers. Introducing Serein, with built-in Claude Code, Codex, and Grok agents that can browse the web. Each agent gets its own tabs and cookies, when they reach a password or payment page, they stop and hand the tab back to you. Serein works with modern... show more

it’s now available for macOS, you can try it and download here:

built this with @Av1dlive his post:

fun

Press F to Browsers you killed it bro

Windows bro are sidelined 🕊💔

nope i’m working on it now

keeps running when the mac sleeps?

This is a really cool approach to agent browsing.

Love the speed at which you built 😄

Thanks bro!! you should def try it haha

the just killed posts are such a dumb trend

🤣 what's better

handing the tab back at password and payment pages is the right place to stop. what i'd want with it is one line on what the agent was trying to do when it stopped, so i'm not rereading the whole page to figure out why it's sitting on checkout

Linux support?

not yet. gonna look into it

bro no windows

I don't have windows so can't verify it just yet gonna try to build window soon

Looks awesome. Will go try it out. Great demo video too, how did you make it?

i downloaded it my man!

Thanks guys for the support We are bringing more features Free ai credits Way better browsing experience

This is cool and all but you can literally just ask your own AI to build you this same thing and it will. And you don't have to go to the cloud for this.

Handing the tab back at password and payment pages is the smart part. That's what would make people actually trust it.

Stopping at password and payment pages and handing the tab back is the right line to draw. Most of the trust problem with browser agents is not knowing where they'll stop, so making that boundary explicit matters more than any speed gain.

I'm going to download it today

how does Serein track which agent did what across sessions? we'd want that behavior history portable if agents start handling sensitive flows

This makes agents feel like interns sharing a browser, but with separate desks: they can research in their own sessions and hand control back when a human credential is needed.
