The bigger problem is clearly this guy is healthy and lean , you can tell he lifts and has an athletic body but social media thinks he isn’t lean enough or dad bod or fat when in reality there are a lot less men walking around with 15% body fat or less

Are there any pills 💊 that we dont need to lift at all? Only stay on coach and eat potato chips.
