The Sheriff's Office publicly stated that a sergeant was knocked to the ground during my arrest. I dispute that characterization and believe the available video evidence will show what actually occurred. A woman said her husband’s truck was stolen in Tucson, Arizona. She said the police basically told her, “Sorry, this happens all the time. We cannot help you.” She said they later found the man who did it. He faced seven charges, but the police refused to arrest him. At the time, the Tucson Police Department was a year behind in processing felony arrests that did not involve firearms. And you wonder why the Nancy Guthrie investigation has been mishandled from the very beginning. Truly disgraceful.
