NASA official "climate spiral" depicting global temperature variations since 1880 (updated with 2024 data)

Samples taken from deep within the ice sheets and from the earth itself show cyclical patterns of temperature variation. Comparatively speaking, we are still emerging from the last ice age. The human effect on this process is negligible.

What about the millions of years before 1880 🖕🏻😂

How accurate were thermometers in 1880? And did they deliberately put thermometers in places with bad heat island effects in 1880?

They should use the other hundreds of thousands of years of data that are available through core samples to show where we really are on a historical basis.

Note the scale. Less than 1 degree C in past 145 years. These trends do not mean this is 1) caused by man 2) data from questionable sources (area of collection have changed to increased heat sinks over the time of data collection) 3) recent findings of CO2 and heat retention show their is not near the retention that was thought 4) even if this is due to man then the best course of action is to allow technology to advance and meet the challenges as they come. Don't let the arrogant we know better crowd control your life. Look at the research and get an understanding of what is going on. Read from both sides, read some of the papers and THINK. just one last thing to ponder

True but we are also at a solar maximum where the sun is pumping out more energy then it has in a while. The sun dictates what is going on here not so much what humans do.

In all reality it's better than the alternative of getting colder. In we want life to continue growing here on earth, some extra co2 isn't a bad thing. but we are running out out time, like 500 to 1000 years max before we have to really start carbon capturing.

So it took over a century of skewed data gathering from the 1800's to today to make a guess that our temperature may have gone up one degree on average...I'd say that's pretty good. No proof of "Climate Change" was found.

Lets say co2 keeps going over 500ppm and temps keep rising 2 more degrees. We can still harvest and have great crops. Lets say we go down 3 C and make Co2 below 300 ppm, plants die, forest dwindle and crops cant be grown on ice or frosted lands. Choose...
