Let’s be clear, the US hasn’t provided ANY F16’s, and they provided only 31 M-1’s. I’m reminded of the age proven axiom: if you explaining, you’re losing”. He would be better served by not giving interviews at all.

Sullivan says none of that matters, and that Ukraine's own manpower shortages are to blame. It is important that there be enough support for this at the political level in Washington.
