On the ground in the Amazon rainforest, Ellie met and listened to communities that live and work in nature firsthand, witnessing their vital role in safeguarding biodiversity. The consequences eventually return to us through polluted water, flooding, disease, and the loss of healthy ecosystems. The before-and-after scenes displayed by Buzstopboys powerfully illustrate this message. The “before” reveals the impact of neglect on nature and water bodies, while the “after” shows how collective action and respect for the environment can restore them.
