Notre Dame revealed its brand new dining hall facility yesterday, marking the first official release of photos by the University of the Shields Family Hall football facility. In 2024, the school announced that they would be building a brand new football facility to replace the Gug, which had been in use since 2005. The dining hall will have onsite kitchens and nutrition options for athletes, which previously were not available for the athletics department. Student-athletes would be given pre-cooked meals after their training sessions or would have to travel to the dining hall in order to eat, but will now be able to eat onsite. The rest of the facility is expected to be completed in time for the 2026 season, and will provide a much needed upgrade for the football team. 🎥: Notre Dame Athletics

Today is the public opening of the David Geffen Galleries at LACMA ! To commemorate the occasion, LACMA asked me to create a special print, a new vision for a groundbreaking institution. When Michael Govan first described the new building to me, he emphasized its lack of hierarchy. It felt meaningful that he would ask an artist like myself, someone who has always worked outside traditional systems, to respond to a space defined by openness and fluidity. See the details here:

Cortex 2 at Giga Texas continues to make progress simultaneously with partial operation. Permits show Data Hall 5 is now in the process of being completed inside while crews are working hard to prepare for a doubling of the installed Megapacks (from ~130 currently to ~250 when completed). The part 2 of the chiller system assembly continues, with most of the superstructure in lace and the 6 fan openings on the roof taking shape. Utilities, plumbing, storm water management systems & more are nearly completed in and around the facility. This facility will be important to train the Optimus Robots & in the distance just north of the facility, the new 10M/yr Optimus factory is starting to take shape.

This also aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's maritime vision. I'm really happy that Mangaluru is living up to its tradition thanks to Chowgule Shipyard facility, which created this vessel, which exported this vessel and which has also got a line of orders in the future.
