I’d love to see a feature that detects possible tornado rotation before an official warning is issued If Radar Omega detects concerning rotation or other signs of possible tornadic development, it could highlight the area on the map and send an alert like: Possible Tornadic storm

We've got the next several updates planned out, too! 5.9 is on the horizon. This was just an exciting Happy Wednesday feature update, which we will probably do sporadically between planned # updates. We can't wait to share more! 🙂 Don't forget, this feature is for all users!

A new roadmap. A New Era of The Graph 🗺️ The Graph’s new roadmap introduces a bold and transformative vision for the future of The Graph! The new R&D roadmap details an expansion of The Graph’s ability to serve web3’s growing demands for data access, while better serving builders and protocol contributors, and improving the overall simplicity and efficiency of the network. After three years of serving builders, The Graph Network is mature, reliable, and performant. The Graph ecosystem has followed through on its commitment to democratize access to blockchain data while also establishing subgraphs as a web3 standard. But The Graph’s innovation journey doesn’t end there. The New Era of The Graph is organized into five core objectives: 1️⃣ World of Data Services: Expanding to provide new data services beyond subgraphs to deliver a rich market of data on the network, serving novel use cases for data scientists and more. This will include more data sources, new query languages, and support for LLMs. 2️⃣ Developer Empowerment: Supporting developers through enhanced DevEx and tooling by introducing streamlined billing, clear pricing models, a new free query plan, and reduced gas fees. A more SaaS-like experience for devs, without compromising on decentralization! 3️⃣ Protocol Evolution & Resiliency: Delivering improvements resulting in a more resilient, flexible, and simple protocol, including updates to delegation. 4️⃣ Optimized Indexer Performance: Boosting network performance with improved Indexer tooling and operational capabilities to deliver increased scalability, reduce costs, and enhanced network reliability. 5️⃣ Interconnected Graph of Data: Creating tools for composable data and a global, organized knowledge graph – interlinking open data and making it easier to build upon. The new roadmap sets in motion an exciting evolution in web3 data infrastructure. In a phased rollout, The Graph will introduce many new features and benefits, including the integration of new data services, new query languages, enhanced developer tooling, improved UX + UI, alongside greater protocol efficiency and resilience. As this new era unfolds, The Graph crystallizes as the connective tissue across the many layers of the web3 stack, evolving into a comprehensive, interwoven graph of data equipped to serve every project dreamt up by web3’s innovators. Read the full announcement linked in the comment below!

“Data in robotics versus data in LLMs has a very different alpha decay problem.” — Tarun Chitra, Managing Partner Robot Ventures Much of what LLMs learn can carry across contexts. Robotics data is far more conditional: what works depends heavily on the robot, the objects, and the environment. As robots move into more complex, real-world settings, previously collected data can become less relevant much faster. For builders and investors, that shifts the question from “How much data do you have” to “How quickly can you close the loop between deployment, new data, and adaptation”. From The Convergence: Bhutan by YZi Labs.

First of its kind? New feature in Ghostty: a web-inspector-style "terminal inspector" targeted at CLI, TUI developers. Built right into the terminal, you can see a live view of terminal state, keyboard events, escape sequences, and much much more. 👻💖 Video tour below. Similar to Firebug with Firefox, I'm hoping this helps usher in a new era of develop-ability for terminal applications by making it much much easier to understand what is going on. When the inspector is not in use, there is no perceivable performance impact (benchmarks show the same). When the inspector is in use, the terminal it is inspecting slows down to about half speed due to the overhead. But this only impacts the terminal being inspected. This is a really early version of the inspector. The data organization is kind of messy, its mostly read-only information right now, and there is a lot more information I want to surface. The next step is making a lot of this data read-write so you can actually modify the terminal live (similar to modifying HTML/CSS live in a web inspector) to trial-and-error some changes. This is just the beginning. 😎 Follow along Ghostty development here:

We have data in abundance now. The real value isn't within the RAW Data, but is this data validated and verified? More value in data refinement. We have a solution for this which is validated by 6 years of research and development with the Department of Defense Now securing and validating commercial data from partners like Common Crawl and Panasonic
