designing my new personal site with Pencil.dev connected it to Claude Code and turned on "Swarm Mode" and watched agents design my site in real-time, with their cursors actually moving and operating the screen, not just cosmetically! instead of the agents producing a raw HTML file, they generate something called .pen which is just a json file describing all layouts, components, and design. this means that it's easier than ever to have teams collaborate on design exactly as they do on source code (designers and engineers can now speak the same language!) once you are happy with a screen, you can open a new chat and reference .pen frame and start to generate the code (in React/ Next/ Tailwind etc), and run it on your dev server, producing a live website that visually matches your design

In 20 minutes, I built this Duolingo for AI upskilling app with Superapp. The idea was simple - almost everyone today knows AI is the future, but most of them are still feeling left out. Their current jobs don't leave them with enough time to actually learn and build stuff with AI. There's AI dev, video making, animations, testing, etc. But no time or clear direction. I made tons of money building websites for people and small companies. Most of that is now gone. You can now generate, customize, and deploy a website using natural language. I recorded myself building a site from scratch using 10Web.io. 4 minutes later, I had a full website generated just for me. Crazy! That's mostly how I paid rent when I graduated college: I'd either build you a new site or make changes to an existing one. It's nuts anyone can do that today by just asking. Give your agents access to money We just shipped a drop-in payment modal for any x402 paid endpoint. The protocol is simple but the wallet UX is not. This package is the missing front end to give everyone fair and equal access to agentic payments. Pay in stablecoins (USDC) or $THREE on Solana. x402 lets any HTTP endpoint charge a micropayment per call: the server answers an unpaid request with 402 and a list of accepted payments; the client pays and retries with an X-PAYMENT header. We shipped a single, framework-agnostic modal that handles wallet detection, chain switching, signing, settlement, errors, throttle retries, and the receipt, so you ship a paid endpoint in minutes. Drop in a tag or import it. The Solana crypto helpers are loaded lazily from a CDN only when a payment is actually attempted. The modal picks the right path from the 402 challenge. At Postman, we have adopted an AI-native mindset to product development. What does this mean in practice? Just like you can generate text with AI, Postman's Agent Mode can generate a UI as well. Case in point: we have added the ability to review, generate, and change diffs for important changes right inside agent mode's chat interaction. If the user trusts agent mode, they can continue in auto-mode, but for critical changes, they can have the agent mode inform the user, review what is changing, and then give the go ahead to approve. See this in action below in the video! While there is a lot of focus on AI generated code today, I believe a large chunk of pre-built UI work will just go away and micro-interactions and workflow steps will be created on the fly through a combination of AI + APIs. How to operate in this new world? Build your API first. Hook it up to AI. If your users really want the UI every time, invest in the GUI.
