NEW: The Proctorgate files continue to expand to SnapChat, and Michael Proctor's lawyer accused Karen Read's legal team of engaging in "defamation" by revealing Proctor and Sean Goode's horrifying text messages in a court filing last week, during a hearing before Judge Doolin Thursday on the Myles King docket in Norfolk Superior Court. Proctor's lawyer, during the hearing, argued that Proctor's Snapchat and text messages should not be made public. That resulted in this reporter saying, in real time; Wait, Michael Proctor had a Snapchat!?!?! Proctor's lawyer then referenced Karen's case filed last week in Bristol county (Proctorgate). Proctor's lawyer says he realizes the cat is out of the bad but implores Judge that we are talking about "Michael Proctor's privacy, who has spent years helping victims. He has never been indicted. He has never been arrested. He has never had his bail revoked. I would suggest Proctor has a legitimate privacy interest in these Snapchat messages." Proctor's lawyer wants the Norfolk D.A. to orally tell the defendants about Proctor's Snapchat messages. Why is Michael Proctor still employed by the Massachusetts State Police? Why is his wife, Elizabeth Proctor, commenting on an open investigation he’s involved in and heavily conflicted on? Why does Elizabeth Proctor—someone who doesn’t, nor did she ever, know #KarenRead have such illogical animus toward her when it was her own husband whose conduct was reprehensible & created all of the problems in this case? In yet another instance of stunning dishonesty, Aidan Kearney goes on his new cohort, Grant Ellis Smith's, Spaces to spread his propaganda and disinformation. Yesterday, protected discovery that Aidan Kearney freely admits he shared with at least one person outside his legal team found its way onto this platform. In the past few weeks, protected discovery has routinely been leaked here. The message was from Michael Proctor. In it, Proctor is upset at the harassment being directed toward the witnesses, specifically Colin Albert, and himself. In most states, agencies like the State Police remain fully independent from the District Attorney’s Office and only collaborate with prosecutors on a case-by-case basis. By contrast, in Norfolk County, State Police detectives are formally embedded within the DA’s office and work under the DA’s direction on a daily basis. Michael Proctor is not only a complete and utter failure as a moral and ethical human being. He is an indictment of the Massachusetts State Police. AND he is a reflection of the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office, one that can only be corrected with a complete overhaul in leadership. ADAM DEITCH FOR DA 🇺🇸

Correct me if i'm wrong, yuri says he had the baseball cap, and proctor had the winter cap, in the video, yuri wearing the baseball cap goes into the station with berky, while proctor stays behind. If Proctor is #1 Who is #2? Yuri/baseball hats comes back out from the station and proctor goes back behind the vehicle. Michael Proctor's new data extraction were confirmed to have racist and biased communications in them. Attorney Rosemary Scapicchio confirmed on 10/30/25: “If you’re already prejudiced to people because of the color of their skin, their ethnicity, if they’re a male or female, then you can’t have an open mind when you started this investigation.” Several other Norfolk County attorneys also were also able to receive this data extraction as Proctor investigated their clients cases. That being said, we also know the DA's office has them and most likely Massachusetts State Police. It's highly likely that Canton PD has parts of these communications considering Proctor was very friendly with several Canton officers. Proctor of course grew up and lives in town so his friendships with some of these individuals run decades long. I posted this video before the news of Canton PD Sgt Sean Goode had come out because I knew how entangled some of the Canton crew is in Proctor's dealings. And I can't stop wondering just who else went along with Proctor and engaged in these types of conversations. Are these officers still on the police force? Have they quietly retired? Are any of them still working details in Canton? Has any of them left Canton PD? Are any of them now passed away? But most importantly: will the public ever see these communications and know the truth of how their own officers, paid by their tax dollars, feel about them and their community members?

The edit was done to obfuscate footage of the Mystery Man, who carries something away from the taillight area of Karen's Lexus in the footage, and the proof is plain as day! The newly-released Sallyport video contains upwards of 12 jump cuts at the precise moment when the Mystery Man appears behind Karen's Lexus in the aforementioned Canton Police Department Sallyport. The new video also contains the exact same yellow-blur box that was visible in the original video provided to Karen's legal team during discovery in the John O'Keefe trials. As such, that means this video has been edited twice (the first time when it was provided to Karen's team and the second time when this public records request was filled late Friday afternoon), and, further, that both series of edits were specifically designed to obfuscate the identity of the Mystery Man in question.
