He’s been in politics for over 45 years, but he says what Democrats are doing at the moment is one of the DUMBEST moves he’s ever witnessed. Things could not look more bleak: “This may be the dumbest strategy that I have seen in a long time. There are two things the American people want,” Gingrich explained. 1.) Do not close the government and 2. Do not raise spending. "So what do the Democrats do? They say, 'I’m going to close the government until you raise spending.'" “That’s a DOUBLE NEGATIVE!” Gingrich stressed.
