ComfyUI for Animation: Keyframes to Full Character Animation Keyframes in → in-betweens generated → one finished animation. One graph. → Load keyframes into the numbered inputs. Five by default, add or bypass groups as needed. → Set resolution and frame length per pair. 17 frames minimum. → Select Every Nth Frame controls timing. Raise it for faster moves. Click the link below to run the workflow ⬇️

you can create this dynamic mask using a progressive CSS scroll-driven animation 🧑‍🍳 the gist 👇 input { animation: in; animation-timeline: scroll(self inline); animation-range: 0 6ch; mask-position: 0 0; } @keyframes in { 0% { mask-position: -6ch 0; }}

The CSS trick here is using custom properties to drive your CSS animation behavior 🤙 Doesn't have to be a scroll animation li:nth-of-type(odd) { --x: -4ch; } li:nth-of-type(even) { --x: 4ch; } @keyframes shift {50% { translate: var(--x) 0; }} Updates at runtime 🚀

Traditional animation combined with Runway has been flying under the radar, but it's actually a common use case for keyframes in Runway. Basically, you can use it to automate the inbetweening process in a 2D animation pipeline. The middle keyframe feature was a major breakthrough that made this process easier. Pete Williams (Pete Williams) is making a solo 2D animated movie and discovered how keyframes help with tweening. If you work in animation, this is worth watching.

This is absolutely MIND-BLOWING! 🤯✨ TWO keyframes and Cascadeur – The Future of Animation did the rest? A walk cycle in 20 SECONDS including learning time?! Cascadeur just demolished the animation learning ! 🔥

works great on blocks of text too 🤙 .text { --duration: calc(var(--text-length) * 0.12s); animation: shimmer var(--duration) infinite; } @keyframes shimmer { 0% { background-position: 100% 0; } } animation-duration maps to the text length using CSS custom properties 🚀

Triggering text animation properties with bezier curves in After Effects opens up a playful way to manipulate text. In this setup, the only keyframes are for animating the path itself, while the path's length drives everything else. #AfterEffects #Animation #MotionDesign

CSS Tip! 📜 You can create scroll-driven micro-interactions with animation-timeline and custom properties 🔥 .search { animation: shrink; animation-timeline: scroll(); animation-range: 0 calc(var(--header-height) * 0.5); } @keyframes shrink { to { width: calc(100% - var(--button-size); } } The --header-height is being used to dictate the container height for the header. You can use that for the animation-range used across different scroll animations 🤙 For another example, you can animate the box-shadow reveal on the header once the search has stuck 🍡 header { animation: shadow; animation-timeline: scroll(); animation-range: var(--header-height) calc(var(--header-height) * 1.5); } @keyframes shadow { to { box-shadow: 0 5px 10px hsl(0 0% 0%); } } Then you have the little extras! 🧸🎈 Everything powered by the scroll() animation-timeline which hooks into the page scroll. And then using the --header-height in the different animation-range ✨ Give it a try! ⭐️ CodePen.IO link below! 👇
