The problem with our nation is that most of the people in charge of farming, food production, processing , packaging and managing are mostly health-related illiterates and very unapologetically ignorant... especially those in the north. There is no kind of horror these people havent performed to the foods we consume in this country. You will be very surprised if you saw half of the processing, storing and packaging systems used for the local food we eat everyday . May God help us.
