People whining about her 40 second cooldown it's pretty clear she's for a shotgun team along with Tove

This look like a stat check in pvp, if you can't burst her team in 1 burst then she's gonna regenerate everyone to full in no time. People get too focused on pve aspect and not look at her pvp.

Hold up: Rouge boosts HP and gives -7s cooldown, Soline does, too, Siren gives -7 seconds from cooldown plus Atk+Def, Mast boosts HP Cinderella gets an attack buff based on her max HP, and like all burst 3s, has a 40s cooldown. Which becomes a 19s cooldown That'll be a fun meme

Having 40s cooldown reduction already make the character dead on arrival. Nahhhhh, I'm good. In my opinion, no Alt units can top the 3rd Anniversary units.

some off burst healing and cdr. 40 second cooldown for the healing, but you don't really need to heal every rotation so it's w/e. at least the cdr isn't tied down to the her burst. Niche option for shotgun considering blanc/noir and naga kinda already exist

Pls skip everyone, we have winter units up next after this followed by new years pilgrim. If you missed or don't have some of the older winter units you NEED ludmilla and maiden. Plus the new ones so possibly up to 4 units during the winter event

Man Soline deserved better than this. I love her cute twin tails she's adorable but after 3rd Anni this is an easy skip. I just hope I pull a copy in social point or molds later.

Soline FT replaces D-Killer wife. She goes with Miranda teams. For water raids: Miranda + Soline FT + Rosanna + Bready + Mihara. If Nayuta is used in place of Rosanna, then Soline FT goes to the shotgun team.
