Check out the 5 Benefits from Coach Nate Steege’s great practice drill: ("REPLY" below if you'd like a FREE PDF with 7 Drills For Championship Practices - which includes videos, diagrams, and instructions!) Players get game-like reps in a drill that simulates chaotic situations that occur during the game… Rather than just 'checking it up top' 3. Defense learns how to communicate and match up in a game-like setting. 4. Develops toughness by having players hustle after the ball and whoever gets it is on offense 5. Offense learns how to space and execute in a chaotic environment

From the class to the grass. A lot of people do drills for the sake of doing drills and get nothing from them. It’s all about acquiring skills that directly translate to your game. Know the why behind what you practice and how to apply it. #NFLDraft #OLTraining

First of all, what is inversion thinking? It’s a problem-solving technique where you tackle problems backward. Instead of focusing on success, you identify what leads to failure and avoid those actions. This leads to a faster & easier decision-making process.

THE CEO OF OPENAI SAM ALTMAN JUST EXPLAINED WHY MOST PEOPLE THINK ABOUT DECISION-MAKING COMPLETELY WRONG There are only a handful of truly strategic decisions - maybe 1-2 a month, not a year - but that doesn't mean the rest don't matter. The difference between WHAT decisions and HOW decisions - and most people only think about the first kind. Are we building ChatGPT or not - that's one WHAT decision. But making that decision successful requires 10,000 small HOW decisions along the way - and that's exactly where companies win or lose. People who say a CEO makes 1-2 decisions a year have simply never tried to run a complex organization - because at the execution level every single day is dozens of HOW decisions that either reinforce or destroy that one strategic WHAT.

Here's a question for Senator Chris Van Hollen from Patty Morin: "Why are we not protecting the American citizens, it’s just common sense. Why are we not protecting our children?" "To have a senator from Maryland who didn’t even acknowledge, or barely acknowledged, my daughter and the brutal death that she endured, leaving her five children without a mother and now a grandbaby without a grandmother so that he can use my taxpayer money to fly to El Salvador to bring back and someone that’s not even an American citizen." "Why does that person have more right than I do, or my daughter or my grandchildren?"

John Terry doesn't like seeing the extreme man to man pressing he's seen from Chelsea. Defenders following people all the way, leaving so many gaps for no reason, exposed. Said players have to start taking responsibility and refuse and feel the game a little bit.
