No one from the McAlbert Mafia can explain why John O'Keefe's phone shows him going up and down 3 flights of stairs between 12:22 and 12:24. It is the most important piece of evidence putting him inside Brian Albert's house, and they have no explanation for it. They say... show more

It was not explained but rather swept under the rug. Just like the friction between John and the Albert’s. Remember the picture they all took on John’s property? “The new gate they knew he had installed to keep people off his lawn—a clear effort to antagonize him.” See a post from Olivia about it. That should be emphasized at trial 2.

Why did Two and a Half Men star Angus T. Jones call the show “filth” before leaving it in 2012? Since then, he’s left Hollywood, choosing to focus on his faith and community work. Here's the full story 👇

John walked up or down the 2 flights and was carried up the 3rd. Guarino's story was such an unbelievable mess, I think he felt stupid telling it. 🤡

Went up a couple ski lifts for the first time this weekend. Guess what it didn’t show…..me ascending any stairs

Thats the time Ryan and Heather pulled up behind Karen and also said John wasn’t in the car also.

And Karen’s phone did not register steps by going up & down ‘hilly’ streets

How many times do we need to address it? We explain it, you don't want to hear. There is NO QUESTION, from multiple streams of data and evidence, that Karen and John were driving at that time. MULTIPLE. 1) GPS, which is highly accurate, shows exactly where they were during that period: on the road. 2) John entered the address into Waze at 12:20. They were still a four minute drive away. 3) Waze and GPS show them turning onto Fairview at 12:24:18 4) GPS shows John's phone never went in the house. 5) Ryan Nagel texted Julie that the ride was there to pick her up. This was at 12:23. He testified that they were about 2 minutes away, on Cedarcrest, when he texted her. They arrived right behind Karen and John. Why did the health up make this mistake? There can never be any exact explanation because the app is interpreting multiple data streams from several sensors in order to GUESS what the user is doing. Anyone can ask Chat GPT what sensors the app uses, and you'll see it's complicated. For example, it uses a barometric altimeter as PART of its way to determine change in elevation. It also has a gyroscope. It measures GPS, cell tower signals, and arm movements. In fact, arm movements are a key piece of data that it uses to interpret "stairs". So if you are sitting in the car talking with your phone in your hand, and you are someone that uses hand gestures, that can throw it off. The change in elevation from the location on Oakdale St where the app first detected stair ascending/descending to the location on Fairview is 30 feet. Three flights. In addition, as the engine finally warmed up, they would blast the heat, probably around Oakdale. Raising the temp inside the car from say 25 degrees to 75 degrees will create a change in barometric pressure...measured by the altimeter on the phone...of about 30 feet. Or three flights. Speed would be a factor two. My guess is that at the intersection of Oakdale and Cedarcrest, they stopped and argued, Karen wanting to go left and home, John wanting to go right and to Fairview. That stopping would impact the overall speed in those two minutes. They also would have driven slow on the dark street looking for the turn, which they missed. At the end of the day, we don't know and can't know for sure why an exercise app made a wrong interpretation. It's a very imperfect tool trying to interpret what you're doing based on a variety of sensors. On the other hand, GPS is designed by to put a missile through a mullah's window from a thousand miles away. GPS is highly accurate. And the margin of error on any GPS point is always measurable, second to second. So you can't try some argument about weak signal in the area. The exact signal strength is known second to second. If you want to make the weird argument that the clocks were off...again, other evidence defeats you. We have independent evidence from what time they passed the Jewish temple, and they were about a four minute drive away from Fairview. We have Waze AND the raw GPS. And we also have Ryan Nagel, who testified he texted his sister from Cedarcrest at 12:23. At that time, Karen and John were still driving...but according to the immortal Rich Green, they were ascending/descending stairs. Which was it, by the way, ascending or descending? Was he going up or down stairs? The app doesn't say. Which doesn't sound very accurate, does it.

It's all "phone records show"... until you point out to them the omissions, deletions, lack of common sense, and whatever other nonsense they manufacture... then it's black holes, anti-physics, voodoo to try to explain why John was just simply in the house.

Hilly streets 😂 I live by my Apple health on an obsessive level. The only thing Apple Health may get wrong is not enough flights logged and calories burned. It never logs bogus flights of stairs and never logs the proper calories burned

You know more about this than most, but my concern is that the CPD destroyed all forensic evidence tying B.A. & Co. to the murder they committed, leaving only a confession or direct witness implication pursuant to immunity grant, to see them convicted.

This and they need to get Tristian’s phone records. I’m very curious about his communications during the night.
