NoobKing Lets be real, heres the truth

Released from SoaR. My time with SoaR has come to an end. At one point, I put everything I could into this organization and truly loved the people surrounding it, but here's the harsh reality of how I was treated. Today, I was released via Twitter DM after almost 2.5 years with them. You would think there would be some type of verbal communication and maybe even a warning, but nothing—just a DM. From not being paid as a CC, to never being in activations, to being threatened with being dropped from the team after winning Twitch Rivals with 100T merch on, and so many other broken promises, to say the least, it was definitely not a good run. There were definitely good people, from Dazs to some of the guys on the CC team, but besides that, from a business standpoint, I truly felt left out of everything. Whenever I wanted to go out of my way to represent the brand, I couldn't even get my hands on merch. I'm pretty sure some paid out of pocket for their merch while being on the team. Granted, communication is a two-way street. This was an organization that promised me a family and so much more, yet honestly never followed through with their agreed-upon commitments. To wrap this up, I will obviously continue with content creation. I would love to find the right organization one day and will continue to wish the best for those who have decided to stay. No hate toward the people behind the scenes; I'm just sharing what my experience was. ✌️🏽🖤

Mak, ngl it’s pretty embarrassing you took the time to edit this video. Every single argument you put here is so far out of context, it’s sad because I knew you’d do this. All the text not responded to, went to phone calls or discord calls. 1 event, I was stuck in Vegas traffic, made you full aware of that. The second I was literally sitting on the stage of rivals which you also knew. You sent me a Neon sign for my birthday after me showing you guys multiple instances of people not knowing who I am when it came to soar because you’d never post me or about me. You sent me the wrong size shirt in merch and I told you about that and never got sent anything again besides a hat, again after complaining about not having merch for a whole year. Averaging almost 200 viewers at TikTok and was still over looked for compensation. I could go on about everything in this video but what’s the point man, embarrassing that an owner would make a video like this, that’s what’s really goofy.

theres alot of confusion in the space from people believing they deserve the world when they are doing the exact same thing as the next guy. dont join an org if all you want is a paycheck simple as that. join to be part of somethin, have fun with cool people, work towards it
