⭐️This Oakland County, MI. sheriff sergeant doesn't take no for an answer.... because he's the POLICE and he can get away with it. His two buddies just standby and watch as he stomps on the Fourth Amendment. A man was recording on public property near the sheriff's employee parking... lot when he was confronted by Sgt. T. Vida who requested ID. When the man declined Sgt. Vida told him he was detained and without permission went through his pockets and wallet to find an identification. He wrote down the information, gave the wallet back and told the man he was free to go. He said he took the ID absent suspicion of a crime and without permission, because "I like to know who I'm talking to." The Sheriff's Office is the largest full service Sheriff's Office in the State of Michigan covering a population of 1.3 million residents. ❓The other two deputies who watched an illegal search and said nothing, are they protecting the Constitution or the clique? ❓If this is how he treats a guy with a camera on public property, how does he treat people without one? ❓Is this professionalism, or just uncontrolled power with a badge?show more

This is how a call from a random person alleging someone is suspicious, can get someone killed. Travis Heinze was parked in the public City Square lot eating a bowl of cereal when Cache County Deputy Brooks Nielsen rolled up after an anonymous call about the car. Nielsen demanded ID. When Heinze questioned the stop, the deputy said he was detained for failing to identify. Heinze reached for his wallet and Nielsen then drew his gun and pointed it at him. Heinze's wallet was taken from him and his ID removed. He was ran for warrants and then told he was free to go. Nielsen said they had alleviated the callers concern so all was okay. Three Florida sheriff's deputies showed up at a residence looking for someone who used to live there. One deputy walked the curtilage of the property while the homeowner spoke with the other two. He stepped in and saved the man and chased the attacker off... ...AND THE POLICE ARRESTED HIM FOR IT He was charged with assault. Tyjuan is a MANDATORY REPORTER because he works with special needs kids. He is LEGALLY REQUIRED to step in when he sees a vulnerable person being abused. Crenshaw says he saw a man beating a vulnerable young man on Baylor's Lane in Petersburg, Virginia. In his words: "He was beating the hell out of him. After he dropped, he hit him across his head five more times." So Crenshaw stepped in. He says the man told him to mind his own business... then went and got a dog to sic on him. He stood his ground and protected the man until the police got there. When the police showed up, they arrested CRENSHAW. Charged him with assault and listed the man he was trying to stop as the VICTIM!!! But here's the kicker. The man, who only wants to be identified as Carlos, said he was detained after a traffic stop. Carlos said he was shocked when he was pulled over and didn't know who Guthrie is. "I'm innocent," he said, adding that he hopes the suspect is found soon so his name could be cleared. Authorities haven't confirmed that Carlos was the person of interest or that the person of interest has been released. Before he goes inside someone notices him and calls the police. Management wants him trespassed. CCSO Deputies McDonald #5529 and Ashley #662 roll up, demand ID. He refuses. They tell him he must ID for them to trespass him. He refuses again and quotes the law. They get frustrated that he will not comply. He remains calm and knows the law. One deputy peels off the second losing qualified immunity comes up. The other shuffles off a little slower and doesn't seem happy he just got schooled. In the end no ID and no trespass. This out of control officer gets owned as he pulls his gun on this guy because he reached for his wallet. Keep in mind the officer asked him to present his ID. Sheriff Waters was picking up an order at customer service when a store employee flagged him down. A man was attempting to leave the store with roughly $500 in merchandise. Sheriff Waters and a retired robbery detective chased the man. When the Sheriff tried to grab him by his sweatshirt, the man twisted away. The Sheriff pursued him to the edge of the parking lot, where he took him to the ground. The man struggled to get away and resisted, but with the help of the retired detective, they were able to get him into handcuffs as shoppers cheered them on. District 2 Patrol officers responded quickly and took over the investigation. The suspect has been identified as Raymond Pena, Jr. of Jacksonville (40). He is charged with theft and resisting. He also had two active warrants for theft. “Just because I was elected sheriff doesn’t mean I’m no longer a policeman,” said Sheriff Waters, who recently cited a teenager for littering. The Sheriff and detective were not injured in the scuffle. Sheriff Waters says he will always do what he can to protect the city.

This gentleman went to get a quick bite to eat, he ordered his sandwich the way he wanted it and when the employee rung him up, he tried to give the cash. The employee became annoyed and told him that due to a system problem, they couldn’t take cash and told him he would be throwing his sandwich away. The gentleman even said that since it was an issue on their end could he just get the sandwich for free since it’s not his fault they couldn’t accept cash and the employee became even more annoyed and said no. I have a feeling the employee was annoyed because he knew it was his fault he didn’t let the customer know beforehand what was going on, shouldn’t the employee just let him have the sandwich though?

A Rhode Island Capitol Police officer walked up and told him to stop — said filming wasn’t allowed and he was adamant about it. The man asked for a supervisor. One came out, heard both sides, and said he could keep filming as long as he stayed on public property. The Capitol officer turned and walked off down the highway, visibly angry.
