Most people use Claude Code like a chatbot, then wonder why it forgets everything by Tuesday. The ones quietly building $10K AI workflows give it a second brain instead, and it’s free. It’s called Obsidian. You download it, point it at one folder on your computer, and that folder becomes a vault. Every note inside it is now something Claude Code can read end to end. Open Claude in that folder and it’s connected, that simple. The trick isn’t the tool, it’s the map. 3 folders, that’s the whole system. Raw, you dump everything here. Notes, transcripts, screenshots, half thoughts, zero structure. Wiki, Claude reads the raw pile and writes clean Wikipedia style articles about it, structured, searchable, permanent. It can already: - Reply to your Telegram messages - Access selected folders from your laptop - Access Gmail, Drive, Notion, Linear, etc. - Install new local tools in a sandbox - Run autonomously for hours - Create multiple subagents - Learn from experience - Wake up regularly But, unlike OpenClaw, it: - Can't access your API keys - Can't modify its environment - Can't access folders you haven't shared - Can't access tools you haven't approved - Must get your confirmation, e.g., when sending emails These aren’t prompt instructions. They’re hard architectural boundaries — Docker isolation, mounted folder permissions, n8n’s tool approval system. Key components: ✅ The VPS on Hostinger hosts n8n and a sandbox container. Agents can also connect to my laptop's sandbox via a Claudeflare tunnel + Desktop Commander MCP. ✅ The Manager agent is the brain. It plans, decides, delegates, and talks to the user. It never touches files. It never runs scripts. It works entirely from executor summaries. ✅ The Executor agents are the hands. Each receives a task (what to do + why it matters), decides how to execute it, and reports back. We've been working on major updates for The Vault over the past 24 hours. VAULT V1.2 is now live ██████████100% Main Updates: • Vera is now effectively and actively learning on files that are uploaded to The Vault. She will become more intelligent over time, as she becomes fully autonomous. Her job right now is to take users down infinite Rabbit holes, discuss conspiracy theories, & learn endlessly. • Vera is able to directly recommend & reference files within The Vault. This feature will improve over time as she becomes increasingly intelligent. • There are now anonymous comment threads on every file within the vault, where you can add comments and even talk with others within specific topics - updated in real time. You will find this beside the "upvote" & "view document" button when opening a folder. • There is now a search icon at the top of the site, where you can easily search The Vault for folders and topics. Aside from these components, we have added to the aesthetic of the site and optimized the UI to make it more user friendly.
