The Shocking Danger Of Vitamin D3 Deficiency. "When A Clinical Deficiency In A Very Simple Compound Leads To A Diagnosis That You Didn't Have... Which Led You To Take A Medication You Didn't Need... Resulting In A Surgical Joint Replacement That Wasn't Required." Vitamin D3 Deficiency Causes: Arthritis (All Forms) Joint Pain Inflammation Cancer Obesity Diabetes High Blood Pressure Heart Disease Anxiety Depression Fibromyalgia Chronic Muscle Pain Bone Loss Autoimmune Disease Bronchitis Tuberculosis Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Respiratory Infections Slow Wound Healing UTI, Bladder & Kidney Infections The Higher your Vitamin D Level, the more benefits & protections you will experience. Vitamin D Levels (25-hydroxyvitamin D) 70 nmol/L Optimal Protection Aim For Vitamin D3 Level Above 70 nmol/L Vitamin D3 Has Required Cofactors: Magnesium must be present in food or supplement form to activate Vitamin D, even from the sun. Magnesium is the 'key' that unlocks & activates Vitamin D3. For supplemental, Magnesium Glycinate & Threonate are the most bioavailable forms. And for Vitamin D to transport Calcium correctly to the bones & not calcify within arterial walls & soft tissues within the body, the cofactor K2 must also be present in the diet or in supplement form. Animal based diets provide ample natural K2. For supplemental, use K2 in MK4 or MK7 forms. 30 minutes of sunlight can manufacture 30,000 IU of Vitamin D3. After sun exposure, it takes about 2 hours for the skin to make Vitamin D, delay bathing in order for your body to assimilate it. Vitamin D will not produce or assimilate if bathing is immediate after being in the sun. 👇Vitamin D Deficiency & Chronic Disease👇 👇Vitamin D Deficiency & Mortality👇 👇Magnesium Required Cofactor For Vitamin D3👇 Speaker: Gary Brecka

"Over 80% Of Manufacturers Use Synthetic B12 From Cyanide & Sludge." "The Fermentation & Extraction Process Uses The Chemical Weapon Hydrogen Cyanide & The Waste From Human Sewage Treatment Plants." Gary Brecka "Cyanocobalamin Is Slowly Poisoning You & Sabotaging Your Health." B12 In Sewage...vitamin B12 compounds can be found in sewage sludge because the bacteria that produce cobalamins exist in wastewater environments. Certain bacteria, such as those from the genus Propionibacterium, are known for their ability to synthesize vitamin B12 & are present in many environments, including wastewater treatment systems. In 1987, researchers isolated & identified two new vitamin B12 factors from sewage sludge. The Propionibacterium genus has distinct metabolic pathways that enable it to synthesize cobalamin efficiently. These bacteria can grow & produce vitamin B12 on various substrates, including waste products. Hydrogen Cyanide...has been known as a potent toxicant for over 200 years. It was used as a chemical warfare agent during World War I, by the Nazis as genocide & reports of it being used in the Iran-Iraq war in the 80s. The acute toxicity of cyanide has been well documented in humans. Symptoms of toxicity include headache, breathlessness, weakness, palpitations, nausea & tremors. Chronic exposure to cyanide results in neuropathies, thyroid goiter & diabetes. Synthetic B12 Cyanocobalamin Side Effects... Hypokalemia: Low potassium & electrolyte imbalances. Gastrointestinal issues: Mild diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, or stomach pain. Headache: A frequent side effect, especially if several products containing cyanocobalamin are taken in foods, drinks & supplements everyday. General fatigue: Feeling unusually weak or tired. Neurological sensations: Tingling or numbness in the hands and feet. Cardiovascular: Palpitations & AFib. Blood Issues: Blood clots in the limbs. Kidney Issues: Cyanocobalamin accumulation. Neuropathy: Numbness or tingling & joint pain. Shortness of breath: (Even with mild exertion), swelling, rapid weight gain. Pulmonary edema: Congestive heart failure, peripheral vascular thrombosis. Methylated B12, as Methylcobalamin, is the natural bioavailable form that the human body needs & is abundantly found in animal sourced foods. B12 found in foods, which is the bioavailable methylated form, not only heals deficiency in the general population, but critical for the 40% of people who have gene mutation MTHFR. The Richest Whole Food Sources Of B12: Beef: Lean beef provides a significant amount of B12. Eggs: A widely available and good source of B12. Dairy Products: Milk, yogurt & cheese naturally contain Vitamin B12. Poultry: Chicken & turkey also contain Vitamin B12, though generally in smaller amounts than red meat or fish. Clams: These are extremely high in Vitamin B12, with some sources suggesting they are one of the best sources available. Liver & Kidney Meats: Liver from animals like beef & pork is an excellent source of B12. Sardines: A rich source of B12 and omega-3 fatty acids. Salmon: Offers a good amount of B12. Tuna: Canned tuna is a convenient source of B12. Mackerel & Trout: These fish are also good B12 sources. Other Seafood: Oysters and mussels are other highly nutritious options rich in B12. All forms of anemia can be healed thru an animal based diet with a targeted focus on grass fed organic beef organs with its concentrated nutrition. "A Vitamin B12 Deficiency Is Dangerous & Causes Psychosis." "Your Body Is Begging For Vitamin B12 If You Have Mental Illness Like Depression, Bipolar & Schizophrenia. Cognitive Issues Like Alzheimer's or Dementia." Dr Eric Berg "Loss Of Smell & Taste, Mouth Or Tongue Burning. Unexpected Blurred Vision & Balance Problems. Suspect A B12 Deficiency." Neuro-Psychiatric symptoms attributable to Vitamin B12 deficiency have been well known & documented for decades. Depression, Anxiety, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Dementia, Delirium, Bipolar, Apathy, Agitation, Impaired Concentration, Insomnia, Delusions, Auditory & Visual hallucinations & Disorganized Thoughts Are All Vitamin B12 Deficiency Symptoms. B12 Deficiency is a Major Driver in Mental Illness, which is why a Ketogenic Carnivore Diets Heals Metabolic Brain Dysfunction. B12 is a key nutrient involved in brain neurotransmitter manufacturing. If B12 is deficient, methylation & production of Dopamine, Serotonin, Adrenaline, Noradrenaline & Melatonin are hindered. B12 Can Only Be Found & is Bioavailable In Animal Foods, Highest In Red Meat, but found in all animal foods. Vitamin B12 Deficiency Can Also Cause Many Physical Symptoms Including Peripheral Neuropathy, Central Nervous System Damage, Fatigue, Loss Of Appetite, Difficulty Walking & Speaking. Vitamin B12 is a key component of the myelin sheath, which protects & insulates nerves. When there's a deficiency, the myelin sheath can be damaged, which disrupts nerve signals & causes a vast array of symptoms. B12 Deficiency can be caused by malnourished diet, medications that deplete B12 in the body & lack of gut intrinsic factor for B12 absorption. The Best Treatment Is Thru Nutrient Dense Whole Animal Foods Focusing on Large Servings of Red Meat & Eggs Everyday. Also the healing benefits of consuming Beef organs or good quality grass fed organ supplements. If you need to supplement in addition to an animal based diet to heal lifelong chronic deficiency, there are some factors to note: Do Not Buy B12 In The Form CYANOCOBALAMIN. This Is Synthetic B12 Bound With A Cyanide Molecule. B12 deficiency will never heal using this form & harm will come from the Cyanide. This is the synthetic form in all Energy Drinks, Vitamin Water Drinks, Kids/Adult Vitamins......check your labels. Bioavailable METHYLCOBALAMIN In Sublingual Liquid Form As 5,000 Mcg Which Can Be Taken 2X Per Day To Restore Depleted Levels In The Body. 👇B12 Deficiency & Psychiatric Illness👇 👇Neuro Disorders & B12 Deficiency👇 👇B12 Deficiency Causes Neuropathy👇
