Not everything is DEI

Tomi liked using the term DEI when she thought everyone was just referring to black people, but now, she’s starting to see the she, as a woman in the workforce, falls under that DEI category, and suddenly she’s concerned….

I agree. I am 75% sure that this happened because of pure incompetence in the communications department between all parties involved. I am 5% sure it's because of DEI. I am 100% sure that this was a tragedy that SHOULD N0T be politicized.
