As the officer was searching the premises he ran into Trey an employee of the hotel and also African American. The officer proceeded to pull his firearm on and hold Trey at gun point for a number of minutes. The whole time Trey had his hands up and was eventually on his knees. Once verified Trey was an employee all he said to him was get out of here. Next this officer pulled his gun on another person in the hotel that also did not fit the description. The officer resigned from duty as his certification was stripped from him. Trey filed suit against the city and pulled in a settlement.

When a Denham Springs Police Department officer pulls over a driver that knows his rights for alleged "improper lane usage," the interaction escalates almost immediately. Armed with a smartphone and a deep knowledge of civil rights case law, the driver refuses to back down, explicitly citing Turner v. Driver—the landmark 5th Circuit ruling that protects a citizen's right to film law enforcement in public. Meet officer Debonet from the NYPD. Debonet had a confrontation with the son of his neighbor where the officer followed the son back to his home and punched his mirror. The neighbor confronted the officer on the neighbor's front porch where things escalated to the point where the officer pulled his firearm. This ended with the police taking the NYPD officer into custody shortly after the encounter. He was charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Debonet has been relieved of duty with the NYPD. There is also a 20 million dollar lawsuit pending.

This father has asked the mother to meet him half way when picking up his son. She choose a parking lot location but refuses to get out of the car to make sure the boy makes it to his dad safely. If it wasn't for the dad getting out of his car, the son could have possibly been hit by other cars walking over to his car. What I take from this is that her hatred for the dad out weighs the safety for their son. And the son is excited to see his daddy each time. What do you see?

Deadly shootout in Northern California after officers apparently failed to properly search a suspect before placing him in the front seat of his cruiser. Mt. Shasta Police Department and Weed Police Department released body cam footage showing the incident that happened on March 21, 2026, during a traffic stop on Interstate 5 near the north Weed off-ramp. An officer pulled over a car traveling northbound at the north Weed off-ramp for multiple violations, including excessive window tint and an unsafe lane change. The officer called for help with a K-9 drug sniff, and a Mt. Shasta police officer responded to assist. During the search, the Weed officer found a large amount of suspected methamphetamine hidden in a stereo speaker box. As the officer approached the man, who was sitting in front of the patrol car, the man pulled out a gun from his waist and pointed it at the officer. The officer then shot the man. This officer was thinking with the wrong head. This SDPD officer arrested a woman outside of a 7-11 on an outstanding warrant for her arrest. On his drive to the station as he was transporting her, the two of them were flirting with each other. Inevitably the officer pulled off the road and climbed in the backseat with this woman to mess around. He messed up because he locked himself in the back with the woman and another officer had to come get him out. He re-enacts how he claims he got locked in the car with her at the end. Needless to say he is no longer with the department.

This is the stuff you love to see. An officer was called out to a location because people saw a man sleeping in his car and assumed he must be drunk or up to no good. The officer arrived through actually talking with the man to see what's going on, he saw what this guy has going on. The guys wife lost her job so he has been pulling double shifts to keep the bills paid just pulled over for a bit to catch a nap. Seeing that the guy is just trying to do some good, he got him a coffee to help pep him up so he can fully function for what sounds like a busy day. Great job by this officer for seeing what was going on and going above and beyond.

Things escalate to where the officer threatened to violently pull him from his vehicle. The man asked to wait for backup. When they arrived he alerted he has everything on video. The man was thus told he was free to go and he answered then I'm free to stay and told the first officer what he thought of him exercising his freedom of speech.
