During the inspection, we assessed the control room, installed equipment, and the first two turbines. The plant is designed as a dual-fired system, capable of running on both gas and diesel for reliability. We are pleased with the progress and remain committed to extending this project to Ota, Ijebu-Ode, and Sagamu. In the next eight weeks, we look forward to commissioning this plant, marking another unprecedented achievement in our administration’s commitment to a brighter and more electrified Ogun State. #LightUpOgun #UninterruptedPower #EnergyForGrowth #BuildingOurFuture #DapoAbiodun #PoweringOgun #ISEYA

Ogun State had taken up the advantage of the decentralization of power in Nigeria and this 30MW is a bold move. Well done Your Excellency.

Wow….this should be in all news agencies. This is a great achievement of the Ogun state government. As a Gas Turbine expert, I thank Governor Dapo Abiodun for this milestone project which will improve the livelihood of the people. Kudos to you. This is massive.👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

Hyperactive governor. Working governor. Governor project. Keep shaming your detractors with your performance.

With the constant collapse of the national grid, it is essential for the most industrialized state in the nation to be independent in electricity generation. Ogun State is fortunate to have a forward-thinking leader like you, sir.

History will be kind on Dapo
