Hi, retail worker here. I don’t think the public has any idea what we go through in a day. Not sure what’s going on in this case, but I actually think this was handled well by the associates. My takeaway, please try to be kind. Especially this time of year. We are trying our best

You don't have the implicit right to record in privately owned spaces. A publicly accessible space is not a public space. It's a civil issue until they trespass you and you refuse to leave, after that what you're doing is criminal.
