They parked their car for a fun weekend like we all do when we go to a music festival and they ran to their cars to escape a death cult. You're selling a hamburger that's really only 90%, and you're putting this fill in it. And there's several studies showing for a brief moment that when your stomach acids break that down, it opens your body up for cancer cells.”

The Port of Port Townsend, one of Washington's major shipping hubs and a key port of entry for the Puget Sound, has announced it's quitting social media. In a statement issued last Thursday, the port announced that it will no longer maintain active Facebook or Instagram pages, citing studies that report the harmful effects of social media on human connection. In the future, the port will direct everyone to its website, local newspapers, KPTZ radio, or to call or visit one of the four port offices for information. It was just following a program. I was doing this and that and that and none of that is illuminating.
