There’s a hole that drops in and is also labeled. One spot has trailers backed up to an underground entry. Sketchy, no matter who you are. Homeless encampments are also signs, though they do stupid sh!t like write help on sidewalks, it’s worth investigating. At least 10-20 red flags 🚩

I don’t think the lady can really help. There is signs saying “trafico” , “FBI HELP” , “LAPD HELP” plus the underground entrances, one of which has a huge ventilation system on, I don’t think a homeless guy named José can install ventilation systems like this one.

According to Google Earth, the first 'HELP' sign appeared between Sept 2022 and June 2023. The blue tent appeared sometime before December 2023. The lot used to be a car wrecking place until 2010s and then used as a recycling/garbage dump/empty lot.
