Easily? Go ahead. For one, his left elbow is below his shoulder by his waist. Shadow has arm straight out from neck to elbow. His right hand is in front of his leg but the shadow has right hand away from leg.

It’s the angle the light is at, like how in the sun your shadow is different at different times in the day because of the angle the light is hitting you

So shadow people possibly have the ability to manipulate your shadow. So that might not even BE Josh's shadow.
