BUT 🚨 with commentary being as bad as it is, I can’t be the only one who sometimes prefers to play with commentary turned off, right? So now imagine a presentation package tailored to that — I’m thinking like the no-commentary Skycam coverage we’ve seen in real life. The focus then would be on more authentic stadium/field sounds - and beefing that up. Think about it this way -> that’s how people in the stadium experience games. Then they replay the broadcast at home or watch highlights and hear the best calls of the day. THAT’S 🎯 where I think this AI commentary can come into play.., you’ve already made the plays and fought it out on the field. Now soak in the moment by hearing calls like this 👇 No more awkward live commentary in-game. This way the ai already has the stats and context, so now you just get to put it in broadcast view, sit back and rewind. You get to watch what the viewers saw on screen when you were on the field. HOW TO BUILD A WIDER WINDOW OF TOLERANCE: 1.Make sure you get proper sleep: start to sleep train yourself— putting yourself into bed even when you’re tired and waking yourself up, even if you can sleep. Training yourself to get 7-9 hours of sleep will help your body have more capacity to stay in that window. a protein-centered diet with as much “real” food as you can. Don’t stress about being perfect and move on quickly after you eat something unhealthy. 3.Practice breathwork: deep belly breathing is then best way to start. Take 3 breaths from the belly. Make the exhale longer than the inhale. Use this on a regular basis when you feel yourself getting dysregulated (going into hyperor hypo-arousal. 4.Use somatic practices: I have several you can refer back to under my reels. 5.Get movement every day: even a short walk will help you release sympathetic energy (being you back to your window) 6.Focus on relationships with people who help you feel: seen, heard, and not judged (aka safe.) 7.Make sure your body is balanced: pay specific attention to your metabolic health, inflammation, lowering your cortisol levels, and making sure you don’t have any issues with histamine intolerance.

Tim Ferriss on the dangerous trap hiding inside self-help: Most people approach self-improvement the same way someone might prepare to play soccer, except they never actually get on the field. Tim describes this pattern in striking detail: "You want to play soccer but first you're going to read all the textbooks and get a master's degree and PhD in soccer and then you're going to practice dribbling and penalty shots and so on by yourself and you want to become as perfect a player as possible by yourself before you ever actually get on the field and play the game of soccer." The result? You begin to believe that practising alone is the same as playing the game. This is the hidden danger Tim calls the self-help trap, the implicit belief that you must fix yourself, do the work, and polish yourself to readiness before you can meaningfully engage with other people, relationships, or family. The problem is that it never ends. There's always another edge to smooth, another flaw to address. The self becomes a project with no completion date. As Tim puts it: "You're always polishing this self and it can become this real recursive dangerous trap, this fixation on the self." The real game, relationships, family, community is learned by playing, not by preparing to play. The friction, the discomfort, the messiness of showing up imperfectly with other people is the development. You can't practise your way into readiness for it in isolation. The irony of self-help is that taken too far, it keeps you away from the very thing you're supposedly preparing for.

Very good player, don’t compare this man to Jack Gibbens Strengths Run Defense: - Reads keys & triggers quickly to stay ahead of block development - Takes efficient paths to the ball - Understands pursuit angles & knows when he can afford to backdoor/undercut a block - Stiff punch + good contact balance to stack & shed - Can take on pullers & stop them in their tracks - Automatic wrap-up tackler. 1 of 2 LBs with a ≤ 5% missed tackle rate in 2024 - Decent range to chase runs to the sideline. Ran a 4.64 (82nd percentile) Coverage: - Not a “coverage specialist”, but definitely a victim of PFF’s terrible coverage grading system. I watched every target and ∼ half of his “allowed” completions were screens where he had no help. Technically his assignment, but he shouldn’t be expected to make the stop in a 1v4 situation - Solid awareness vs. screens/underneath targets - Good urgency recovering vs. play action - Solid feel/understanding of routes as a hook defender.
