Oldboy (2003) Dir. Park Chan-wook

Peak movie, while a lot of people say they couldn’t rewatch it, I love seeing it again over and over again. Every scene looked so amazingly done, acting and actors chocie was phenomenal. Such visually pleasing movie

The film that made me a huge fan of Korean Cinema

It might come as a surprise that Oldboy was not my first time viewing Korean cinema. It's not even my favorite of the trilogy. But it's absolutely one of the best films ever made.

The remake of this was not worthy of the original

Yeah I never bothered to see it.

Stick with that and only watch the original

👍
