Omarchy 3.4.1 is out with Hyprland 0.54 and its new niri-like scrolling layout. It's even configurable on a per-workspace basis, so you can stick with dwindle for your main spaces that you keep neat, then go messy on others. Enjoy!

Omarchy is probably the only thing holding me back from going down the NixOS rabbit hole completely. It works so well!

Hi! Could you consider adding support for clamshell mode when using Omarchy on laptops?

Yeah, there's an open PR:

And no OS-level ID verification, right 😂 Looking forward to updating!

YES! Can it be adjusted so the nearest offscreen window tile peeks into the workspace edge? Maintains visual indicator it’s there for you and you don’t forget it.

First time checking out Omarchy and loving it. Super easy install and love the heavy keyboard vibe. 🩷

I've been there, trying to balance form and function. Sometimes I need a bit of chaos to get things done, but other times I want everything tidy and organized. I'm curious if anyone else has a similar approach to workspace customization.

Wow! Those are some great updates! P.S. Why isn't Omarchy in its own separate GitHub space like /omarchy?

I tried a bunch of things but when there are omarchy updates I usually miss out on functionality because I have custom shortcuts configured. Is there any way to do a "shortcut reset"? Just get all the current defaults and then add own app shortcuts again?

Very great! Frustrating to have SUPER+HJKL set to anything. Heavily promoting nvim with omarchy, are we encouraging to move around with HJKL or not?

“Can I install Omarchy on my old Mac mini 2010?” I asked this question and started planning yesterday. Thanks for comprehensive docs for Omarchy. One more thing wold be helpful - hardware requirements or recommendations

Yoo I love the scrolling layout! I'm not able to move focus to the first window when I have 3 or more windows open in scrolling mode though. Anyone else facing this issue? I'm trying to move focus using the usual `SUPER + ARROW KEY`

Benzer Videolar

To be a successful founder, you have to believe that what you're working on is going to work — despite knowing it probably won't! That sounds like an oxymoron, but it's really not. Believing that what you're building is going to work is an essential component of coming to work with the energy, fortitude, and determination it's going to require to even have a shot. Knowing it probably won't is accepting the odds of that shot. It's simply the reality that most things in business don't work out. At least not in the long run. Most businesses fail. If not right away, then eventually. Yet the world economy is full of entrepreneurs who try anyway. Not because they don't know the odds, but because they've chosen to believe they're special. The best way to balance these opposing points — the conviction that you'll make it work, the knowledge that it probably won't — is to do all your work in a manner that'll make you proud either way. If it doesn't work, you still made something you wouldn't be ashamed to put your name on. And if it does work, you'll beam with pride from making it on the basis of something solid. The deep regret from trying and failing only truly hits when you look in the mirror and see Dostoevsky staring back at you with this punch to the gut: "Your worst sin is that you have destroyed and betrayed yourself for nothing." Oof. Believe it's going to work. Build it in a way that makes you proud to sign it. Base your worth on a human on something greater than a business outcome.

DHH
