On #October7Massacre #Hamas attacked the Erez crossing complex. Erez was the only pedestrian crossing between Israel and #Gaza, enabling movement of thousands of workers, commercial needs, and humanitarian organizations. When I first saw this video I immediately identified the ambulances that appear to belong to the PRCS, and the... show more

This is a dangerous fabrication Peter that is trying to implicate an internationally recognised organisation. The IDF and the Ministry of Defence are by the looks of it trying to engage in a cynical attempt at smearing PRCS after killing Hind & two PRCS medics, Ahmed and Yousef.

“Appear to be”. Reading comprehension skills - Hamas wanted them to look like legitimate ambulances, for protection. I can’t confirm if they are or are not PCRS

@EylonALevy Jesus Christ now they're going after another humanitarian organization. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

And isn't it just convenient that the PRCS ambulance was Right there at the border to gather the wounded... NOT a coincidence but PLANNED !

They won't need the crossing any more. No more Gazans will be coming to work in Israel anymore and no more Gazans should be receiving urgent medical treatment in Israeli hospitals.

@EylonALevy Israel: "Paramedics in the world are only allowed to treat injured Israeli soldiers." 😂

I’m struggling to understand the relevance of what you’re saying. Would it be a problem if a civilian ambulance treated an IDF soldier? Red cross/crescent can treat the wounded but cannot participate in hostilities. This is key feature of the 1st Geneva Convention.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society is an independent organization. In every conflict and war both sides have medics who tend to the injured combatants. This and the treatment of the injured, even in a war or conflict is protected by international law. Do you think only your injured deserve medical help?
