The task was to handle my LinkedIn account, follow the CEO of Perplexity, find a specific post, and comment under it, and it nailed it in one shot. It’s navigating more like a human now, and its reasoning at each step is quite good in how it decides the next move. Comet has become really powerful.

Perplexity Comet is awesome if you find the right use case. I am using it for many things and one of them is asking Comet to do API endpoint testing using Postman after development. Give it enough context about the payload and other details and let it handle the rest. - It generated multiple payloads for different tests - It generated a final report for me after the full run This is awesome, Aravind bhai.

You can just ask Perplexity Comet to generate a video for you using Veo 3 inside Gemini 🙂 You can either give a detailed prompt with steps or just keep it simple like this, both work: Comet Prompt: You have access to the Gemini interface, use it to generate a video and wait for rendering to complete. Prompt: It figures out the rest. Where to paste the prompt, whether to click the video option, everything. Pretty smart.

Okay, first agentic trading session with placeholder done. It didn't go very smoothly unfortunately. There seems to be a bug where the Comet Assistant thinks it has filled out the Amount field, but it hasn't. Also, it kept forgetting that it was doing the trading agentically, and would switch to giving me instructions, and I had to remind it that it is my agentic trader. There's also a weird bug where it says it's going to buy one stock, but is actually navigating to a different page to buy a different stock. That being said, I'm a patient guy, and I know these are still the early days. I think I'm probably the first person to trade stocks with Comet, so I'm ready for all the bumps in the road. In the end, it did deploy close to $1,000, and built an initial portfolio - the Comet Portfolio 🦾☄️ Full video of the experience below, it took over 45 minutes to get this all rocking so grab a coffee or some popcorn and enjoy it - here's my first agentic trading session with the Comet Assistant 🔽
