Every 'work' tier from every AI company is the same feature list with a different compliance checkbox. The actual differentiator is always support response time, and nobody markets that.

Looks like OpenAI is pushing a more focused, collaborative layer onto ChatGPT. Could be a handy way to centralize routine docs and dashboards
