You can create an AI Agent that answers your email with a few clicks. 1. Go to ChatLLM ( 2. Click on AI Engineer 3. Select Create an AI Agent 4. Choose the Email Answering Agent ChatLLM will do the rest: it will code, test, and deploy the agent for you. You can also create a custom agent in English. The Agent Economy is coming (somebody should write a book and use this title.) We are going to see examples like this, times 1,000 in 2025. Just think about how many repetitive tasks you perform every day. Some of these tasks are involved enough that we couldn't automate them with pre-AI solutions. That's where we'll see agents explode, and I'm here for it.

Most AI tools today are just command-takers. You type, it responds. You click, it executes. There's truly no learning, no memory, no adaptation. You're still doing most of the work. Which is why Miles by Avo on Solana would make so much sense if built well. From what I understand so far, miles learns about you over time, adapts to how you operate, and figures out the tools you struggle to navigate on your own. Less clicking, more conversation, the more you use it, the better it gets at working with you, not just for you. That shift from command-follower to learning companion is bigger than it sounds. It's the difference between a tool and an agent that actually knows you. The second one is Agent Grid and this one is for builders and power users. But as I mentioned in this video, I'm still studying the Agent Grid. I'd come talk about it once I learn properly about it. Souren just keeps shipping!

Real estate agent and brokers. The recent ruling in Missouri is wrong, will only benefit litigators, ambulance, tracers, and I believe will be appealed. More importantly, this ruling will not negatively impact housing or buyers agents unless you allowed to iMessage to all homebuyers I have never as a professional real estate investor not used a buyers agent to represent me in a transaction. Even when the deal was off market, I hired an agent to represent me to make sure that all my rights were protected and that I got the best price. If you pay a bar’s agent is nothing compared to what they can get done for you as a buyer, I will never ask for a discount. I will always use the agent to go get that discount for me more importantly, or as importantly, I will always use the agent to keep the deal together. The purpose of the buyers agent is to find the right or best property in the right or best location at the right time at the best price. If you’re not using your buyer’s agent to achieve that or you’re hiring the wrong agent well, that’s on you. Hire the right agent pay them well and make them do their job. Build Agentic Workflows from Scratch 🤖🔁 It’s tempting for an AI engineer to use an off-the-shelf agent, but building your own agents shouldn’t be scary (and limited to AI research papers)! In our brand-new video tutorial we show you how to build an agent in two intuitive steps: 1️⃣ Define a single step of an agent execution: This is just a DAG that modifies state along the way. Chain together a prompt, LLM, tool calling, output parsing/processing. Conditionally decide whether to call a tool or return. 2️⃣ Plug this DAG into an agent worker: An agent worker will repeatedly call this DAG until completion! All agentic flows can be decomposed this way, making it simple to reason about. In our tutorial we show you how to build a ReAct agent from scratch. Check it out: Colab:

The local model routing is solid, but the part that matters for your business is that your conversations become fine-tuning data.
