This is what I teach. If you need to get your feet in the ground in order to do your job, do it. 2 shell look but you can’t get to the post what good is disguising it? With that said, the P4, NFL level that shouldn’t be a problem so we should see more disguise than we currently see.

What Europe does extremely well for their players, is give them a SOLID FOUNDATION of understanding team basketball, give them freedom to build their Individual Skill, and make every game Meaningful Something. That Foundation is simple to teach, we don’t do a good job of it in America. In top of that, when players don’t do the little things, we don’t hold them accountable to them. When the best ones get to the next level where their talent/skill is even, they can’t get on the floor or impact winning bc of this. By sheer numbers we’ll always have Size/Speed/Athleticism and Skill to choose from. Build these players with Stronger TEAM FOUNDATIONS, hold them accountable to it, and you’ll build AMERICAN BASKETBALL. The entire country tuned into to watch Oregon Football beat Colorado Buffaloes Football , and Dan Lanning made it a point to tell everyone what he thought about the Buffs doing it “for clicks”. I’m here to inform Dan so did you. You invited the cameras into the locker room to go viral, and congrats you did. Did it your way, not COACH PRIME’ way. A question I often ask ballplayers: What is the most important time during a game? Answers I often get are the beginning of the game, the last few innings of the game, or any big moment in the game. All good answers, but all wrong answers. THE MOST important time of the game is the time in between pitches. Ballplayers should be looking to win this time by being in complete control of their breath, self-talk, and focus. As the great Ken Ravizza would often say, “You have to control yourself so that you can control your performance.” Well, when you control and WIN the time in between pitches, you drastically increase your odds for success, especially if your competition isn’t doing that. So, the next time you step on the field, be on purpose with what you do in between pitches. Your results will no longer happen by accident…they will happen by intention. *The same applies to the time in between shots, plays, etc., based on whatever sport you play.

One of the things I want to explore next year across Africa is Real Estate. I want to look at what your money can buy, and also to answer the critical question of why houses are more expensive in certain countries than others. They are more expensive in Zimbabwe, Angola and Kenya, than they are in South Africa and Rwanda. This is what you can buy for US$80,000 in Kigali, Rwanda. Africans with money turn to buy outside the continent yet we can build the continent by investing our money in each other’s countries. I will look at why this is not happening and how we can make this possible without painful and chaotic bureaucracy of rules and banking regulations.

RECRUITING AND MARKETING College roster spots are in demand and players need to not only produce but find ways to stand out. Players, parents, and coaches marketing to college teams a necessary (highlight film, networking, etc) The biggest thing you want to avoid is overhyping the player in the marketing. College coaches are going to do their research, watch full games, talk to people and eventually will figure out who you actually are as a player - whether that’s in the recruiting process or when you get to campus. I’ve always been more concerned with the Accounting - can the player actually play, what do they need to work on to produce more for their team now, and also to have a chance at the next level… the accounting always tells the truth, marketing can lie.
