Harris Ranch who supply costco got busted for putting vax in their beef just recently. In the organic so tread lightly. You’re one of my favorite so I figured you would have got the memo.

Where the grass is always greener 🍃

It matters where you buy your meat. Carnivore and functional med docs need to consider the heath of the producer of their food. They are fast disappearing due to big food predator companies that lie to the consumer:

but what if that field of grass has been treated with chemicals?

My local farm is now selling 100% pasture raised ground beef with heart. Cost about $2/# more but think it’s worth it to get some organ meat.

Okay but seriously question. Is this what grass fed means at a grocery store? If so this needs to stop. This is not good for the animals or us as people. The low vibrations these animals have will go straight into your body. If you can afford it and are lucky enough to go through a known farmer, do so. ❤️🩹

You still have to worry about the vaccines they’re given and MRNA. Buy local, know your rancher.

Didn't know Costa Rica had a Costco
Cattleman and pork associations in several states have CONFIRMED they WILL be using mRNA vaccines in cows starting April 2023. The practice has been happening with pork since 2018. Grass-fed grass-finished is irrelevant if cows been mRNAed 💉💉💉💉💉

Just because it’s grass fed doesn’t mean it’s a cow grazing in a field. It’s usually trough fed grass and usually non organic and gmo grass that’s fed to them the same way grain is. So in most cases it’s better to get organic non gmo beef when possible. Most grass fed is a scam and tastes worse.

I'd like to add Most cows are fed grass their whole lives. Grass grows with just water, it is the most cost effective feed. Grain finished are fed grains after they are sold by the rancher. They eat grains for a few weeks in the feedlot to fatten them up right before butcher.

Thanks Doc👍💪

obviously real meat is better then chemicals. Thats common knowledge for humans with a brain G. Sadly most people dont have one.

Just because it’s organic does not mean the cows are getting the food they need to thrive

Buy from a local grass fed and finished beef farmer!

thank you! i didnt know they had that at Costco...

This is the organic ground beef I get…. Interesting

So you trust labels? And should we be paying attention to country of origin?

Anyone else buy that grass fed from Costco? It was abnormally tough, and had an odd taste. It didn’t even make good meatloaf. Is the Wagu any better?

While I agree with eating grass fed/finished beef, I think social media is taking quantity intake too far. You don't need it 2-3 meals a day and you don't need quantities above 4-5 ounces.

Grass fed is different from pasture raised. Ranchers can confine cattle and feed them moldy hay and call it grass fed. Pasture raised animals feed on green grasses.

What was put on the grass to make it grow?

Da kine grass fed 🤙🏽
