Just a few questions: How did you pick those exact specific parcels of land that ironically belong to your donors/partners that I believe were very generous guests at your daughter's stag & doe? &?? By reducing municipal taxes and fees , you put the burden of lost revenue onto those same municipalities which means they will either cut services or raise property taxes and you won’t make up for the lost $$$. You’re a grifter .

The cities want to build 2 MILLION homes (500k above target) on fully serviced land w/in existing city boundaries. Homes that will have schools, retail, electricity, sewage. A boon to small contractors & local trades. Reviving local BIAs. Why are you BLOCKING those homes?
