That line of 11 trucks on Beechnut (I counted as I drove by) has been there for hours and hours. I never lost service during the storm but lost everything 20 minutes ago?!?! Great service, guys.

@XfinitySupport AT&T will definitely get my service after this bulshit… the storm was on Monday. It’s fucking Friday and we can’t even get a response when our service will be turned back on.. some people work from home.. you guys are not reliable and it’s fucking sad

We dont need a pretty marketing piece. We know the techs are working. We need an update on progress... a time estimate... a map... like is it gonna be 1 day? 1 week? 1 month?

Your absolute lack of any communication to your customers (not businesses) is ridiculous. I have not gotten one update from Y’all since Sunday evening BEFORE the storm. Any communication is better than none! BE BETTER @Xfinity @ComcastTexas
