Our warriors continue imposing long-range sanctions on Russian enterprises and facilities fueling the war. An oil refinery was hit in Bashkortostan, approximately 1,300 kilometers from the front line. I thank the units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine... for their accuracy. In the Krasnodar region, warriors of the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, and the Security Service of Ukraine struck the Afipsky Oil Refinery, approximately 400 kilometers from the front line. Mid-range strikes have also delivered results. Losses on Russia’s own territory thanks to our long-range strikes. The most effective sanctions – the ones that work the fastest – are the fires at Russia’s oil refineries, its terminals, oil depots. To significantly restrict Russia’s oil industry is to significantly restrict the war. Russia’s war is essentially a function of oil, of gas, of all its other energy resources. I thank the special forces of the Security Service of Ukraine, who did a great job in Primorsk recently, hitting Russia’s largest oil terminal on the Baltic Sea. There is substantial damage; everything has been verified. And this is tangible for the enemy. Our special forces are also keeping an eye on the port of Ust-Luga and all other Russian points of access to the world market. Today, the Security Service of Ukraine’s drones are capable of operating at distances of more than a thousand kilometres. Last night, the warriors of our Defense Forces hit targets across different regions of Russia that are fueling this war. Our warriors have achieved good results in applying long-range sanctions against important facilities on the territory of Russia and in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. More than 700 kilometers from our state border, in Russia’s Yaroslavl region, SSU warriors struck an oil facility that was important for the reserves of the aggressor state. Warriors of our army reached their targets in Russia’s Tula region – specifically, the Azot plant, whose operations are critical to explosives production capabilities. Air traffic restrictions were imposed at six Russian airports, and overall, since yesterday evening, 28 regions of Russia have been under air raid alerts. There were also hits on the occupier’s military logistics in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. Ukraine is carrying out its plan of long-range sanctions against Russia and the assigned tasks regarding mid-range strikes in response to Russia’s refusal to end this war. We have offered the Russian leadership every possible format for negotiations – and the only response was continued aggression and attempts to expand it. It stands to reason that the war is coming back to where it came from. Ukraine needs peace. Glory to Ukraine!

Over the past 24 hours, our forces struck the Novokuybyshevsk refinery—1,000 kilometers from the front line—depriving the Russian war machine of millions of dollars in export revenues. We also hit a logistics hub in the Samara region and targets in the Black Sea. Previous strikes have yielded confirmed results: at the Saky airfield, a Su-24M aircraft and four pieces of airfield equipment were destroyed, while in the Bryansk region, we took out drone-control relay stations used by the occupiers to guide strike UAVs toward peaceful Ukrainian cities and villages. I thank all the warriors of Ukraine’s Defense Forces for their effective work and for depriving Russia of its strategic rear.
