Today, our long-range sanctions reached the Saratov region, Tatarstan, and Bashkortostan – roughly 800, 1,400, and 1,500 kilometers from the front line. In Russia’s Samara region, one of the key enterprises within Roscosmos – the Progress Center, which was involved, among other things, in electronics production – was hit. Flamingo missiles were used. A good achievement. The distance from our border is about 900 kilometers. Our long-range sanctions also reached the Savasleyka airbase, where the carriers of Russian missiles that strike our cities and villages are based – about 700 kilometers from Ukraine. We also have confirmation of the damage we were aiming to inflict at an oil facility in Ust-Luga – more than 800 kilometers from our border. I am grateful to all the units involved for their accuracy. Our plan of long-range sanctions against Russia for this war is being implemented, and it is important that Russia’s war potential be reduced. Peace is needed, and this must be evident in Russia – through concrete damage to specific facilities. Glory to Ukraine!

Based on the results from April, our long-range sanctions have reached a new level across three components: reducing Russia’s oil revenues, as well as the range and intensity of sanctions. It is important that not only is the target itself reached, as defined by the operational objective, but that the downtime of the target is increased or, at the very least, its operations are significantly reduced. According to the most conservative estimates, since the beginning of the year, the aggressor state has lost at least $7 billion solely as a direct result of our precise sanctions against Russia’s oil industry and refining sector – due to direct hits, downtime, and delays in shipments. I am grateful to all our warriors of the Defense Forces of Ukraine who, together with the Security Service of Ukraine and our intelligence agencies, are delivering these results. We will scale up our long-range systems capabilities. Decisions are being prepared. Glory to Ukraine!

We continue applying our long-range sanctions against Russian facilities that serve the war effort and finance the aggression. Last night, in Russia's Saratov, more than 600 kilometers from the front line, two strategic facilities were hit: the Saratov Oil Refinery and the Engels military air base. In the Kaluga region, the tank farm of the Lyudinovskaya oil depot was hit. In the Bryansk region, our warriors also carried out a precise strike on a site used to store, prepare, and launch attack drones. Thank you to all the warriors of Ukraine's Defense Forces who are expanding our long-range capabilities and delivering precise results. We are bringing the war back to where it came from.

Be-200 amphibious aircraft, a Ka-27 helicopter, a cargo vessel carrying ammunition, a Pantsir-S1 surface‑to‑air missile and gun system, a Tor surface-to-air missile system, a Redut-2US communications unit, drones, and many other targets have been hit. Our long-range sanctions also struck Russian oil industry facilities and ships. Distances traversed: nearly 1,000 kilometers from the line of contact. These are our entirely justified responses to what the Russians are doing. We will continue to increase both the range and scale of these sanctions. I thank everyone working to build up our strength. I thank the warriors of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, and our intelligence agencies for their precision.
