My entire Polymarket strategy right now is Ctrl+C on a wallet making $20K a month and Ctrl+V on my account. Yeah. I know how that sounds. 6 months ago I would have closed the chat on anyone who said this. Probably blocked them too. But here is where I am: last month, +$2,700. Trading decisions I made: 0. For context, my best month of manual trading was $580. And that took 3-4 hours a day. Let me back up. For 6 months I was a "real trader." Charts on 2 monitors. 3 Discord alpha groups. NOAA weather data at 2 AM because someone said temperature markets were free money. Spreadsheets tracking 40 wallets. Every thread read. An opinion on every market. Average month: somewhere between $400 and "I would rather not say." I was very busy. Just not very profitable. Then something clicked. Not an insight about markets. An insight about me. The wallets I was tracking, the ones pulling $15K-$30K a month, had data pipelines, sub-second execution, and models I could not replicate in a year of trying. I was not competing with other retail traders. I was competing with infrastructure. You do not outrun a car. You get in the car. So I stopped. Stopped picking markets. Stopped reading forecasts. Hey Punks! Exactly 8 years ago (to the minute) I claimed my first punk. In the years since we've seen a ton of incredible ways the community has shown up for the project and created public goods for the ecosystem and here's yet one more for y'all to nerd out on. Excited to share a fun little tool for y'all I've been working on with Generative Goods and embroidery wizard (DCA) Daniel Calderon Arenas. Put your punkID in the box and get professional quality DST (embroidery) files of your punk in a variety of sizes. I see people wearing their punks all the time and after spending the last few years deeply studying machine embroidery understand how annoying and complex it can be to get a good digitized version of your punk. A good digitization can cost $100 and that's for a single sized output. The punk embroidery generator will give you a range of sizes in stitch-perfect outputs for any of the 10k punks plus for the DIY folks a cross-stitch pattern for you to make your own by hand (s/o to Fanny Lakoubay and Rachel Suzanne Tien Wood who completed theirs of STONE's #98 recently 🙌). We've put some instructions on the site to help you through the process, plus some embroidery machine recommendations in case you want to go all out and make them look at feel professional. Note: GenGoods is not set up to do the embroidery for these (our system uses the same 15 colors across all our projects and Punks use way more colors across all the various outputs) but the downloads on the site give you exactly what you need to walk into any embroidery shop and have them make your punk for you. We suggest thread colors in the tool but that's just to get you started. A good embroidery shop will have tons to pick from so just pick the colors that best match your punk. Grok Bot is officially available in Tesla vehicles! I had early access for my Grok Bot team to be integrated directly inside my Cybertruck with the help of the SpaceXAI and Cursor team. And this is truly one of those things that’s hard to fully understand the power of it until you actually lived with it. It’s the same Grok Voice experience you already know in your Tesla… no separate app is needed. When you’re signed into Grok, your Grok Bots are right there and you can talk directly with all of them with just your voice. So today, Tesla FSD was driving me. I said, “Hey Grok.” Then I talked to my CEO bot like I would talk to someone working for me. I told it what I wanted for dinner tonight: 1/ Blueberries 2/ Strawberries 3/ Ribeye 4/ Shrimp 5/ And taco night for my family of four. That was it. I didn’t sit there searching for every single ingredient. I didn’t open Amazon and start building a cart item by item. I just explained what I wanted. Then, my CEO bot routed the job. My Chef bot figured out what we needed for taco night. Then my Amazon Cart Builder bot started putting the cart together and choosing the best items based on my purchase history. And while all of that was happening… FSD drove me to the gym and parked itself. I went inside and worked out. My bots kept working. And by the time I was finished, the cart was ready for me. I opened it. Looked everything over. Then I just clicked Order. Grok Bot + Tesla FSD completely removed all the manual work in between that would have wasted part of my day researching building a grocery list, getting the Amazon cart ready, and manually driving to my destination. And THAT was the wow moment for me… I just talked to Grok. FSD drove. I worked out. My Grok Bot team handled the busy work. When I finished the gym, the cart was simply just waiting for my approval. And all I had to do was click order. (btw you can make your Grok Bot place the order automatically as well, but I’m super picky with my food so mine are specifically built so I review it at the end). With this technology, you’re no longer opening five different apps and doing every tiny step yourself. You just tell your team what you want with your voice. They go work on it. You go live your life. The biggest upgrade here is that Grok Bot + Tesla FSD is giving us back the one thing we can never make more of… TIME. Grok Bot handles the work. Tesla FSD handles the drive. Making it purposely difficult, to not let analysts properly value your 2027 revenue 4. Increasing the polarized view on IREN by the market However: "approximately 60MW of air-cooled Blackwells" 1. You typically don't talk about gross capacity in a deployment like this 2. If it would be gross capacity, the GPU hour rate at IT level would be crazy high (at PUE 1.2, $680m / 50 = 13.6m/MW) 3. At 60MW IT load, and ~14kW draw at DGX server level, we can get to ~4,286 DGX systems with 8 GPUs per. 4. Based on this we can conclude that 60MW of IT load can run approximately 34k DGX B300. 5. 34k DGX B300 at $680m/yr, would represent a GPU hour price of $2.28 Now this is the problem with not disclosing your GPU quantity. You purposely make your business model look bad, because by approach, you get to a GPU hour price that would imply a payback period of 4 years, where only the last year of the contract is 100% margin. But of course, we can also take "the glass is half full" approach. IREN has ordered 50K B300s from Dell. They have 2 purchase orders for this, 1 between Dell Canada and IE CA Leasing Ltd for 4 phases, and 1 between Dell USA and IE US Hardware 1 Inc (amended from IE US Hardware 4 Inc on April 27, 2026). The order for Canada is divided in 4 phases, and are going to Mackenzie for 80MW of gross capacity, which happens to be 4 buildings of 20MW. The order for Childress is divided in 2 phases, and are going to DC35 and DC36, (as depicted in the earnings presentation) and those are 50MW gross. The purchase price of the order for Childress was $1.2B, and for Canada it was $2.3B If we go with 50,000 B300s for a total of $3.5B then $1.2 would represent 34.285% of the 50,000 GPUs, or 17,140 B300s rounded down. For this calculation I will consider that $IREN will deploy 17,140 GPUs in 50MW gross capacity in DC35 and DC36 of block 3 in Childress.. That would imply at 1.2 PUE, IREN can run 17,140 B300s in 41.67MW IT load. Now by that ratio, they can run 24,680 GPUs in 60MW IT load — a massive difference with 34k units through the Nvidia DGX reference calculation. If common sense is applied, you can still get to 2 completely different outcomes, that show a difference of more than 9k GPUs. The GPU hour rate at 24.68k GPUs would be $3.145 per B300, as MASSIVE difference from the earlier calculated $2.28. Sure, the DGX system may be a factor here. And I'm sure that the reality is somewhere in the middle. But I personally hate this as an investor, to be unable to calculate profitability on unit economic basis. After all, contracts are signed on a $/GPU hour basis. Why hide this from your investors? Not being able to calculate payback periods, unable to calculate ROIC. And most importantly, we cannot properly assess the $NVDA deal on a contract basis. I really hope the payback period of this contract is not 4 years. I built a clone of the Yeezy store with Next.js. This was a fun challenge — the site has some smooth animations and feels very fast. But it was bothering me that I couldn't use the browser back button. Can we do better? So I rebuilt the site with v0 and Motion. Here's how it works: 1. When you click on a product, Motion is able to animate the original position of the product in the grid, to the zoomed in product detail page. 2. During this transition, we also shallow update the URL with the `/p/slug` route for the page. 3. If you press the back button in the navbar, or use the browser back button, or press escape — all options will take you back to the main product listing page. 4. If you reload the page while looking at a product, or someone sends you a link to a specific product, it still works! This is the best parts of a SPA and MPA mixed together. In the future, I can make this even better with View Transitions (I wasn't able to get the product animation just right, but if you can I'd love to see it!). I also took some creative liberties from the original design. The whole 1/2/3 size thing, where you needed to click the "?" to see SM/MD/LG was strange, so I just went directly to those sizes. Similarly, I prefered the more traditional style sheet/modal with the background color change, versus the full screen takeover. If you wanted to actually hook this up to Shopify now, you can swap the cart implementation with Next.js Commerce, which has all the APIs you need + optimistic writes 🔥 Should I make a video walking through the code?

i wanted to tell you how we made the visuals for nerve-bloom i did it with Natalia Kleszczewska and Natalie Liu . Natalia Kleszczewska is a painter , she painted the creatures and the backgrounds . Natalie Liu is a computer graphics director , she shaped the digital dimension of the work . my role in it was a creative director , bringing in the singer-songwriter tradition , where emotionally precise things happen inside the structure of a song . i guided colour pallettes , textures and the environments the music happens in . to make this possible , during the process , natalia often had to paint many shapes and sizes , different textures and layers of colours . natalie then developed the visuals, designing and overseeing CGI elements , and finding ways for the digital to sit organically alongside Natalia’s world . and include my dramaturgy and creative direction. we spent 7 months talking and working together , dedicated to relish in the craft of blending hand-made visuals with digital experimentation , 3D design and commit it to physical display technology . a lot of time was spent on researching different tools and techniques to find what worked best at each stage in the song . like i’ve done before , i wanted to merge old things with tech , giving it soul & a meaning . to paint a painting is an analog craft but computer programming is craftmanship too !! and both can co-exist , .....encouraging each other to bloom even further towards a mutual world . there is a tradition in pop music for the mucisian to choose a video director . in the art world , this is called “curation” , but where we came from , it was natural that the musician would have strong opinions on what your song needed , which mood , colours , textures & storyline . today this is called “creative director” and it is something we didn’t credit ourselves with in the 90s , but i am starting to understand this better now . i don´t think of me as a visual artist . because my heart is music . everything i do comes from a sonic point of view . this is something i have called “sonic symbolism” , sound made visual , a reverse synesthesia . when you listen to a song for the first time , it is like swallowing a whale , you need to feel the whole musical sculpture in one go . the structure of a song has always been extremely important to me : what shape it is . this is part of the craft of being a singer-songwriter ........... we are tune sculpturors ....... since i am talking about the visuals for nerve bloom it is impossible to not mention the avatars in my music videos . they have replaced the storyteller with anattempt to connect to the more universal element of music , through animation, avatars , puppetry both digital and analog . for me they are marionettes in a puppet-theatre , hopefully in a similar realm as the jungian archetypes ( which we all can act out the characteristics of ...) .... i feel nerve-bloom is a natural continuation .... an animated avatar archetype singing you a song ––––– Avatars, animation and archetypes: Nerve Bloom (remix) – on display at Listasafn Íslands / National Gallery of Iceland until September 20th 2026. introducing a new, very fun, LLM benchmark- the Game-of-Life Bench! the rules are simple: given an 8x8 grid following Conway's game of life rules, the goal is to create an initial pattern with at most 32 cells that can last the longest number of turns before dying/repeating. some results to highlight (with caveats detailed below): - gpt 5.1 lasts the longest with a 106 step run - claude models are really bad at this! they refuse to reason about this task and score < 25 points - deepseek r1 is the best open model with 102 steps. why? because i wanted to create a benchmark that has (i think) no practicality, but is still fun to look at, cheap, and still measures something interesting. i also am a big fan of the game of life. its absurdly simple rules leading to intractability is extremely cool to me. also, i saw a lot of work with LLMs trying to "predict" the next state in Conway's game of life, I think game-of-life bench is more fun because it's pretty open ended and only asks the LLM for the initial state. I also think this could be an RL env? but idk why you would ever train on this task haha i don't think this is a "serious" benchmark because it doesnt measure anything practical, but i still think it's a hard benchmark exactly because you can't predict what happens with your initial state many turns into the future; this is why i was initially expecting all LLMs to be bad at it, but turns out, some are clearly better than the others (the ordering may surprise you!) reminder: this is still a work-in-progress; (1) i am gpu-poor so could only do 10 runs for each model, even though total running cost is relatively low. maybe with some more credits i can run more seeds for each model. (2) i handpicked models which i think are at the frontier right now, plus some others that were on my mind. so, if you'd like to see a model on here, let me know. (3) i currently only do an 8x8 grid because i thought that by itself would be pretty hard for current LLMs, but of course we can increase grid sizes! (4) the coolest thing is, i dont think we can calculate the max possible number of states (yay undecidability!) you can go without repeating, so this is essentially a no-ceiling task, which is pretty cool! again, i did this mostly out of a desire to make LLMs do something fun. if this keeps me entertained for a few more days, i'd likely release a blog post on it. if it keeps me entertained for a week (and someone sponsors me), i'll put more work into it :P lastly, this is fully open sourced, so feel free to run this on your own!
