if you hold down the a button so the c stick doesn't throw out anything, you can flick c stick forward during up taunt to set up creative mode this seems to be more consistent than the previous method of holding forward and cancelling your momentum with an attack

How to SWITCH STICK out of a blitz angle in CFB 26 In previous years if you were stuck in a blitz angle you would simply press Circle/B to click onto a zone but that doesn’t work in this game. INSTEAD: Use the D-PAD to switch onto a defender in a zone and then you can switch stick normally after that.

fun fact, you can delay the flash in aurora Q -> F for long enough that the animation goes off at the original spot, but the spell still gets extended. hard to get it down consistently enough to abuse it though

as speed and steer angle are constant (when you hold the stick in the drift direction), with perfectly timed switch, you can perform same circles, but staying consistent is much harder than it may seem 🫠
