There were icing caused by super cooled water droplets. After stall happens which cant be recoverable due to T-Tail design. Then comes spin , after all these Mach Tuck happens, it is nearly impossible to recover from that dive structural damage elevator cuts off.

Genuine question as this is far outside my wheelhouse... Would attempted to invert the plane have been a potential option in this scenario to level the aircraft back out or would that have only made it worse?

If NASA can create a parachute that can slow down the space shuttles and returning space modules, then this is definitely feasible

The FFA should create a safety protocol where all Learjets have a engine shut down button that also dumps the fuel. Then a newly designed installed parachute system will be deployed to slow down and gently lower the doomed plane to the ground, therefore preventing a crash.
