For a long time I've been teaching a self-extending design system to generate aerospace hardware from pure physics no CAD, just code and constraints. Tonight I hooked my CEM up to Fusion 360 via MCP after a design and it rebuilt it! Real feature trees a machinist can open, edit, and cut toolpaths from. The system that designs in code can now speak the language of every shop floor on Earth. So to answer if you can transfer your LEAP 71 work to CAD. Yes, you can.

Don’t let anyone tell you that real estate development is an easy way to get rich. It entails great risk, and one bad break can take you out. This is a single family spec home I designed and helped build, it was ground up on an empty lot in Oakland. Shortly after breaking ground it ran into trouble. 1️⃣ Construction was delayed by a zealous architect neighbor reporting minor plan deviations to city officials 2️⃣ The delay meant the sale occurred during an unexpected lull in the market 3️⃣ In part due to the lull, the home was sold to a lawyer (the best offer) 4️⃣ During construction, a sill pan was omitted from the large south facing sliding door 5️⃣ Water infiltrated and created a small amount of water damage at the floor 6️⃣ Additional flooring material could not be located to replace the damaged area 7️⃣ The new owner wanted the builder to replace *all* of the flooring. 8️⃣ Owner files suit In the end it was settled out of court for some portion of the cost of replacing the entire floor. I can’t say what the profit was, but I’m pretty it wasn’t much if it was anything at all. Once again, say it with me: Real estate development is NOT an easy way to get rich.

Today makes it exactly 2 years since I got to Nigeria and got the shock of my life. No Three.js. No fake web-based depth-of-field or focal-length emulation. Customize in web, render in Blender. While everyone is vibe-coding apps for flat pattern generators, or at most Three.js-based 3D scenes, we’re already one step ahead. We built an app that lets you use a web UI to control an actual Blender 3D render. Eevee engine is used for streaming quick previews back into the app, while Cycles renders the final image for better material quality and lighting. So simple to use that you can even give it to your client. Of course, built with Toolcraft.
